The water there for shower was very bad as sea water please do something about it because the longer we stay the more we’d be worried about our face and Hairs also skin

That I couldn’t stay there forever!

It’s more than a hotel,it’s a natural sanctuary! Zero traffic,zero plastic,zero toxins,wooden room keys.The most beautiful scenery,greatest sea view pool,3 beaches,great food,The Grotto restaurant,free jag of cold water at the beach,very impressive Spa center,etc.

Room service was quite late. We did not like the food in the restaurants. Room service food and options were ok. The breakfast buffet could be a bit better but al carte menu was good.

We booked the room with the private pool. The room was stunning and the whole family loved it.

We were picked up from the airport and taken to the resort seamlessly. The staff were so friendly. When we arrived, we were greeted with flower bracelets (it was our honeymoon), and they had arranged a honeymoon welcome to the villa. The setting was incredible. We used the grotto, and it was quite simply incredible—the food, atmosphere, and view. The pool and beach were amazing and clean. The food and drinks onsite were amazing. We left a hat there, and they helpfully met us at the airport with it four days later. Couldn't rate it high enough. We would love to come back in the future

This resort was amazing. Such a beautiful location and stunning accommodation. The staff were really helpful and friendly and our evening sunset meal in the grotto will be a lifetime memory.

My only complaints with the hotel was our showerhead was broken so we had to hold the showerhead by hand which was annoying and the TVs in the room were too old without smart features which I feel should be a standard.

The property is so huge and you don’t realize this til you’re there but it is connected to 3 amazing beaches and has you centred perfectly to have access to all. The rooms are super spacious and the service was so great with room service, housekeeping and all.

Restaurant prices were literally 5x's the cost of eating just outside the resort.

Phranang beach was amazing, breakfast was excellent exceeding our expectations, service was second to none as staff went out of their way to ensure we had a once in a life time experience.

I was double charged and it took a month for a refund.

Being up close to the wildlife was the highlight and we loved the beautiful gardens and plants. It was great to see the resort cleaned rubbish off the beaches. The security at the pool were doing a wonderful job and service was fantastic.

I wouldn't say we disliked anything. Food and drink are a little pricey, but you can eat out of the resort if you like. The bed creaked a little on one side, but that's it really.

We loved everything about our stay here. The accommodation is great, the staff are lovely, and the surrounding nature is breathtaking. The beaches are white and soft, and the limestone cliffs are awesome. We had regular encounters with monkeys, birds, water monitors and more. We attended a delicious buffet at the Grotto, and breakfast was of a high standard. Just along the beach is a small village with places to eat and drink. If you get up early, you will find paradise with empty beaches and still waters.

The famous Railay beach is very overcrowded and noisy during the daytime. No seaview from the rooms. The bungalow pavilons are located in the middle of the nature garden , 5 min walk from the beaches.

Perfect location and the beautiful nature makes this hotel top hotel in Thailand. The staff was really-really nice , not just pretending the kindness. The breakfast was superb! My favourite spot was the beach lounge under the trees (umbrella beach) near the Grotto restaurant. Do not miss the thai cooking class!

the food at the Thai restaurant on Sunday evening together with the service that evening - probably the chef and half of the staff were missing, the massage offered free of charge by a person without experience and without proper hygiene, the lack of local fruit at breakfast - they didn't have papaya , mango, jack fruit

Tropical paradise. Wonderful personalised service. Great food - breakfast selection was good and the cooked breakfast options were fantastic. All included in the room rate. Loved the exclusive location in Krabi, which is truly a beautiful part of the world.
