The bathroom in our room was a little tired and it had a trough/drain by the bath that both my husband and I almost rolled our ankles on (we ended up putting our carry on cases on top of it to avoid that as we didn't use the bath), and the breakfast could have been a little bit more varied but overall the place is great! Highly recommend and we will stay again.

This hotel is fantastic, a great location and the facilities are excellent. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Having a choice of 2 pools was wonderful as the one by the beach gets very busy so it was great to have a second, quiter one. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Beach pool need more care for water, help with laguage directly from ferry would be perfect , otherwise very difficult to cross the “bridge” and about 50 metres by sand with laguage.

The restaurant & beach were quiet a walk for me from my room.

The variety of food during the breakfast could be better. People reserving sun beds around the swimming pool for the entire day- if you come later than 9 am. you see all of them reserved but most of them are actually empty.

Location was just excellent in front of the beautiful beach, walking distance to small street with plenty of local restaurants and small shops , beautiful sunsets, very nice private villas, monkeys visitors in the mornings and evenings;)Would definitely stay next time there.

It would have been nice if room service regularly collected their used dishes every evening because one doesn't want to keep dirty dishes in the room overnight, but putting them outside the door attracts _hordes_ of monkeys (!). Also some of the design decisions are questionable - little things like the cumbersome wooden door bolts, lack of trash bins on the pathways, etc. Not so bad as to impact our enjoyment, just mildly annoying that no one thought these things through beforehand. But all minor quibbles, overall it's a great place, good value.

The layout of the grounds and how the various buildings are situated is nicely spread out and very attractive. Nice feeling of privacy, even though it is a big resort. Lovely view from the restaurant! Staff went out of their way to accommodate special requests.

The place needs maintainance .We booked three rooms , and every room somehow had a problem.One of the room toilet flush was not working well, another room AC was not working most of the time , and the other room had a very bad smells feels like the smell coming from the drainage system .Though the staffs were made aware of these flaws but i think that is not in their power to fix things overnight .

It was a perfect location for a family vacation.The ambience around the resort was perfect and it was very clean all around .The breakfast was good and the staffs were very prompt to all our needs .

The reception staff were reluctant to make special arrangements to accommodate two children. They wanted to provide only one small bed and suggested that the other child sleep in the bed with my wife and I. Fortunately my brother and sister-in-law were booked in as well and we convinced staff to carry a second bed from their room. The restaurant is quite expensive so we took all our meals in the tourist area.

Water was lukewarm; couldn't take a hot bath at end of day. Ferry service to get to Railay was horrible (not hotel's fault).

Breakfast was good - especially the coffee. Mini bar being included in price was a bonus.

The pool looked larger on the pictures but it was still lovely even with it being quite busy! there probably could of been more sunbeds but we managed to get for most of the holiday. The main restaurant prices are expensive, however the strip is a short walk away which has loads of restaurants and food places to choose from so wasn't an issue. there was only 1 pool toilet so that wasn't great but you could just walk couple mins.

The location was amazing and so close to the Krabi strip. The room was super lovely with great Aircon and privacy off the main walk paths. The pool on the beach side was stunning. Overall our expectations were exceeded and we had a fantastic time

The pool area on the beach was a little dated and people who weren’t guests were allowed to use the pool & chairs. There was never any chairs available throughout the day. The second pool was beautiful and quiet however full of mismatched and broken furniture around it and couldn’t get any drinks or service around it. The resort itself is quite expensive. Breakfast is a let down, the club sandwich has spam not bacon.

Property location on Railay bay is optimal and beautiful to enjoy the space and surrounding islands. The resort transfer from Krabi is a must! Don’t get stuck dragging your luggage through the sand! Book the somewhat overpriced transfer, longtail to Railay bay east, then tractor from the water to the island then buggy around to reception on the west side. A good location to island hop, keep in mind the jellyfish are seasonal/ tidal.
