The person in charge was rude all the time like is she didn't want to work. Even if we knew in advance that we didn't have AC, having it would be way better than just a fan.

Nice accomodation in a quiet area of koh tao. The sea view was nice but it was blocked little bit by trees. My room didnt have AC but the fan was enough for me. There is small stores nearby and a little walk to a good restaurant area. There’s also ATM’s nearby but beware the island has some blackouts now and then so they might swallow your card or not dispense money ( happened to me, but I got the money back later to my bank account)

the family who run the resort are so nice, and with the sweetest cats too! my bungalow was completely private with a view of the sea, huge terrace. the little shop has the best prices on the island and excellent ☕

Location was good, if you don't mind a small walk uphill, small store on site, good and cheap breakfast next door with seaview.. Very quiet in the evenings, no noise from bars etc, we had big balcony with chairs and table, also a big fridge in the family room. Very good for the price all&all

The shower had no pressure, the air conditioning did not work and the room was a bit dirty.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The location was great, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Very beautiful and nice place in quiet area next to the beach. View was amazing, i really love how quiet it was and how close it was with the beach. Lots of good restaurant near by. Staff was helpful and nice. They did your laundry and help with the ticket. Definitely want to come back next time.

The bathroom was pretty run down, old with no ventilation or window, the door wouldn’t close properly. It was so old it felt dirty even though the cleaning lady was doing a great job. Lots of trash lying around.

Lovely location just by the beach, a terrace over the sea facing west for beautiful sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the staff was super nice. The room was cleaned every three days including changing sheets and towels.

There isn’t a path so need to carry suitcase over trees and rocks and door had small gap in it when closed so mosquitos could get in easily.

Mosquitos get quite bad once the sun goes down so spray up. Electrics left alot to be desired with sockets that the plug would just fall out if not balanced right and no smoke detector.

Amazing staff, printed off our visas to Cambodia for us. The best location, sunsets on the balcony were unreal. Staff shop made great smoothies. Comfortable room with a couch, wardrobe, fridge and kettle.

The place like the rest of the island lacks maintenance. It's unfortunately full of trash a bit everywhere and this is so sad and annoying in such a beautiful island

I was in the best room with an amazing view on the sea, and I felt so free, with wind every day, I barely never used the fan. The room is big and well equipped, clean and nice. Very simple but with all you need: frigidaire, comfortable double bed, little couch, shower and 2 stands for storing your things and hanging your clothes. The terrace is marvellous with an open view on the sea and the sunset, chairs for relaxing and a rope for hanging swimsuit. The staff is kind and helpful and there are lovely cats around. The ladies who run the place have a little shop so you can buy water and coffe just downstairs. The place is very well located, between Saaree beach and Pier night life, full of restaurants, bars and some shops. I did everything by foot, for discovering the other part of the island it took me 1hour av. The small beach down the place is lovely, but it gets dirty in the afternoon.

I really liked Queen Resort - it's simple, by the sea, and most importantly for me, really quiet and peaceful. I stayed much longer than planned. Moo and family were lovely, the cats gorgeous! The fridge and kettle were great - coffee in the morning on the veranda was heaven, or a cold beer listening to the sea at sunset, perfection. It's a traditional Thai place, not fancy or plush, and Sairee is on the doorstep if you want to party, but if you're after a chilled rest, relaxation, nature and peace, it's just lovely.

The bathroom was very rundown and you had to push the tap down for it to work (which made washing our faces very difficult). I think it was pretty expensive for the state of the room and the area. When walking toward the rooms it’s very dirty and no maintenance has been done to make it appealing.

The view was right out to the ocean which was amazing. There’s also a nice beach to go to just beneath the property and a 5min walk from sairee beach.

The only downside is that room was a bit dated and our patio door could have used a mosquito net.

The location was right at the edge of Mae Haad Beach and was great value for the cost. walking distance to either the pier or to Sairee Beach. Room had a kettle so we were able to enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning.

Just note there isn’t aircon. The fan does a great job but you have to close the curtains to stop the afternoon sun heating the room up too much. If you can try and check in around midday your first night will be a much cooler sleep. There are a few rocks to walk over to get to the room (not at all difficult) but this makes it private from the main walk way which is a bonus

Incredible location. Perfect spot to watch the sunset on your own private balcony. Walking distance to everything. The staff were really friendly and the room was spacious. Very quiet spot too.
