Very clean, comfortable, always snacks available in the lobby, very nice service, good location, next to a place where you can eat well and cheaply or drink fresh fruit cocktails. I recommend it and the next time you go to the beautiful Kamala beach, you will also stop here.

first day and the door handle and door frame fell off the bathroom door. came back to an unlocked room and the repair man away to get his tools. I thought perhaps they could have waited till we were back. it’s a little bit noisy at times and the shed opposite the front entrance bangs a lot in the wind… not the hotels fault.

Open planned hotel so you hear everything from your room. Even the bell at reception when someone is wanting something. I was on the 3rd floor.

Very clean, free complementary food and drinks throughout your stay. 5 minutes walk from Kamala Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is a really great place to stay. The hotel is new and modern with great facilities. The room was spotlessly clean with really comfortable bed and good wifi. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the location was just what I was looking for - away enough away from the busy areas so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet, but only 5 minutes on a motorbike to the beach and town. One great bonus - even though there is no breakfast officially, there is a 24-hour snack station with tea, coffee, bread, and other treats that effectively means the hotel provides a free - if simple - breakfast. Highly recommended!

I've travelled a lot in Asia and this is by far the worst quality/price I've ever had. Very bad location ('far' from beach and very dark + smelly when you get back) Small room No view from the room (all we could see was the next building's wall) No phonic isolation with other rooms and lobby Hard bed (low quality) Safe was small (just enough for passport) and not attaxhed to anything Wi-fi bandwith was trash Bathroom door was broken Extremely expensive for what you get.

The réceptionnist was very kind.

The young male reception(who is also the manager I suppose) is very rude to lady and lack of gentlemen manners and EQ. I just wanted to cross check with them and OTA platform if my two nights extension payment was settled and he was suddenly extremely impatient and shout at me “ Don’t make me angry”, WTF! I was shocked how can he gave a female customer such fiery temper and rude attitude. Besides,he didn’t offer a sincere apology which I don’t expect that. in a word, I will never back and recommend anyone. It really ruined my mood that day,and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me in my ten years traveling period. And also my first and the only worse comment.

long check-in, had to wait until 4 p.m. Ground floor rooms are super noisy, you will hear every word from reception, every door opening/closing, rooms faced to parking. Cleaning is very late, can come at 5 p.m. 3% charge for credit card

Modern rooms in good condition. good quite location some free snacks available 24h.
