Unfortunately the breakfast, while delicious, was severely lacking in food and staff. One morning we arrived with an hour of service to go to find that many of the dishes were finished and were not being restocked, and we were still waiting for our scrambled eggs from the egg station when we left over 30 minutes later. The pool needs some attention with tiles falling out and steps with dangerous pieces falling off. Some extra shade by the pool would also be welcome. Similarly, in our room the airconditioner and tv were quite old and for the price being charged we would hope these are replaced soon. The TVs seem incapable of casting from a phone or successfully using apps (like Netflix) which was disappointkng after a long day and the airconditioner was very loud and not that effective which impacted our sleep.

Amazing location, tucked away at the top of Railay with a convenient shuttle service to help you with bags. The view from the pool was gorgeous, the rooms were clean and our bathroom has been recently renovated which was a nice surprise from the pictures online.

Limited beds around the pool. Pool bar voucher does not include all drinks. Bathroom needs modernising. Air con only in bedroom. Shuttle bus not at suitable times so be prepared to walk. Downhill is fine, but uphill is a bit steep.

Cute bungalows, with very comfy bed. Nice pool area with amazing views. Plenty of options for breakfast, the green curry was really nice.

Excellent hotel. The cleanliness, the rooms, the location were wonderful. But above all the amazing staff who were professional, dedicated and kind. It is important for us to especially mention Lif from the reception who was extremely kind and responded to everything we wanted.

Fantastic resort. Everywhere was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Infinity pool had one of the best views we've seen. Location is great, a 5 minute walk to the walking street and 10 minutes from the beach. Shuttles offered every 2 hours as well. Food here is great, we regretted going into the town one night as the food at the hotel was better! Some of the comfiest beds we have slept on. Very good A/C. Room was spotlessly cleaned everyday. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Railay. Also, cocktails & mango smoothies were fabulous!

This resort is just a short stroll from the west beach. The receptionists there were very kind and helpful as well. The resort provides free shuttle service every 2 hours. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of local delicacies. Room was clean and comfy. The best part is the pool, overlooking the limestone cliffs and the sea, so serene!

The location in Railey is breathtaking. The view from the swimming pool is amazing, Very friendly and kind staff and the bungalows are just perfect. Totally recommended.

The buffet breakfast was good however there was a lack of fans in the dining room. We arrived 30 minutes before breakfast concluded and missed out on the majority of dishes as they were not replenished.

There is a beautiful view from the infinity pool looking past a rock climbing wall and down to the sea. The room was very cool and comfortable and felt private. The shuttle was very regular and easy to use.

The pool could have used some resurfacing in the steps. The tiny pebbles and tile on the steps were broken, which made it rough on the feet when exiting the pool. There were a large number of bees in the breakfast area and as a result, we had to eat in our room (I’m allergic to bee stings). Had they covered the fruit, I think they would have lessened the attraction.

Absolutely stunning property, our room faced the pool and the mountains and was beautiful and view was incredible. Whole property was so relaxing. The bar staff were phenomenal, they made the experience with how friendly they were. Would stay again in a heart beat. Was a little bit up from the beaches however there was a transfer included up to the property and they offered to organise our onwards transport which happened smoothly.

Breakfast was ok. Service was nice. AC ok. Drinks in the mini bar are basically the same price as in the mini mart at the village.

On the pricier side but definitely worth it for a nice treat. There was a problem with wasps at breakfast and we couldn’t sit and enjoy it as we were surrounded by wasps

The views are stunning and the whole hotel its self is lovely. Staff are also very attentive and would always offer to take us down to the main but if the island as it’s quite a walk.

Our room was clean but very shabby, it seemed quite cheeky to take a cash deposit (barely mentioned on booking.com) for a room that was not in great condition. The food at the restaurant was more expensive than elsewhere on Railay so we didn't eat there.

Nice pool area and lovely staff. A quiet place to stay when you want to get off the beach. Beautiful views and a nice place to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the evening. Breakfast was nice and they made an effort to find me gluten free options.

The shuttle running once every two hours wasn’t the most helpful unless you want to plan your whole day around the shuttle schedule. I didn’t end up using it much — every hour or half would be better!

Really amazing staff and lovely property on the edge of Railay. Rooms had great amenities. Pool was great and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle service to the hill was appreciated despite being infrequent
