Noisy from the local bars and the room was a bit basic. Bathroom facilities not the best.

Staff were great, great location right on the seafront.

Almost impossible to sleep with the thumping bass from beach bars and clubs until ~230am every night. Other rooms may not be as bad as ours as we were the closest to them. Ants in the room getting everywhere. The room is very simple, bed and mini fridge is all that's in the room. There is no where to hang clothes or store anything. You have to fully live out your bags. Outdoor chairs were rock solid, a cushion on each would make a world of difference. The aircon whilst nice and cold made us both sick (filters probably dirty)

View from out the balcony is an unreal unobstructed view of the northern bay. Short walk to bars/shops/laundry, etc. We had someone meet us at the jetty on arrival to transport our bags. Mini fridge and safe in room.

The whole thing left us very uncomfortable and made the rest of the stay very awkward with the staff. Also as every review states, the music from the beach clubs travels up the bay and it’s extremely loud every night. They do supply ear plugs to try to help, but there’s no avoiding the sounds.

This place had the potential to be 10/10, but they tried to short us with an older dimly lit back room when we first arrived. After we spoke to reception, we were moved into the sea view room we had originally booked and things were better. We chose to extend a few more nights, and spoke to the staff to check this was okay. They said yes and there were no problems. Then one morning when leaving for a day trip we were told we had to move rooms because our room was double booked. They really should have mentioned this when we asked to extend. We ended up missing our boat trip that day, because we had to pack all our stuff and move rooms after they threatened us they would cancel our reservation if we didn’t comply.

Very bare room, no TV, kettle or bed side tables. The noise from the beach was very loud and went on until the very early hours-ear plugs were provided in the room

Amazing spot to watch the sunset. It’s also on the “other” side of the island so you don’t have the noise of the big boats. Nice view from the bed despite the metal thing (but not the case for every room)

The owner or manager whoever he was misbehaved with me just because I told the ac is not working that properly and it was not cooling enough. The room my other two friends had was an excellent room. I told multiple times to change the room they didn't and told technician to come and check and he just taped some areas in the ac and said cooling is happening. The manager came later and started misbehaving with me telling me you checkout now you don't have to stay we are fully booked and all. That was really uneccessary since I am the customer here he should first learn how to behave. They think Indians are cheap and they won't pay and always complain but that's not the case. If I have a genuine problem I would definitely inform and not just manage or compromise because I am paying for it. Ultimately they didn't change although situation got in my favour later at night with rain and all but this sort of mishaps shouldn't happen. Just because it was a basic room and not the room with the view he showed me indirectly if you don't pay you don't get. But already my friends took one room with view there is no point of taking same room again. Also they started telling me if I have to upgrade I have to pay 1500 baht extra which should not be case as I already paid for the room. They could have easily asked for a 500-600 baht extra but no they have to charge the entire one day . So I was not at all happy .

The location and the vibe around. The view of the phi phi from the resort was awesome and worth paying for.

The bedroom was avarage and the toilet dirty. They say free toiletries, but the only thing available was a shampoo sache. They said someone would help us with the bags in the seaport but they simply did not show up. VERY PRICY for what it is, but it was the only affordable option in the island.

I had a room with seafront and the view was amazing. The balcony is really close to the sea and you can walk down to enjoy the sunshine / sunset.

The view from the room or terrace was not very nice but around or at the bar you can find some good spots. The beach is far away even though you can get directly from the property to the water but is not so clean.

It’s very loud at night time from the beach parties, you will hear music until 4am!

Very loud music playing every night, they provide ear plugs but you can still feel and hear the music

Out of the way of the hustle and bustle, friendly staff. Got checked in early. The view is amazing and love the dogs.

The shower was small and it got water everywhere as there was no shower curtain only a small wall.

The room had a sea view and a lovely hang out area with a hamoc, pool table and chairs to sit on. It's just a good distance to get to the centre where all the shops and restaurants, but fat away enough to Aoife the night chaos and noise. There was a bar next door which played music but they gave you ear plugs.

It is very loud at night due to a party in the nearby bar. It’s not the hotel’s fault but I just want to point it out. The room was not in the best condition.

Sockets are not by the bed, neither any night stands, no toiletries in the bathroom. Could hear music from all bars in the beach but we were so tired that it did not really bother us.

The staff and the view from the terracce of the house was nice. Few min walk from the centre of everything. Property has a small pool but the water is very warm, so when we wanted to refresh ourselfs, it felt like taking a hot bath (did not notice any filtration).

The next door disco (entire beach) gets pounded with really loud and really bad electronic music until 3:00am almost every night. I'm not exaggerating. There is no sound ordinance and you will NOT be able to sleep!

I loved everything about staying in phi phi island it was the best part of my trip but I wish the greeting staff was there waiting for me at the dock with a hotel sign like everyone else’s hotel was 😂
