It was very loud at night due to the beach bars. The bed was not comfortable.

Room feels cheap and old, could use a renovation, relatively expensive for Thailand but not really worth it, beds were uncomfortable, could hear everything through the window which is a problem because of the parties on the beach went to sleep with earplugs. Staff could be nicer

The toilet in the bathroom did not flush. We needed the staff to come help us. It kept not flushing and we ended up going to the pool bathroom all the time. Honestly we didn’t want to say to the staff again because our room view was amazing and it was worth staying in the room :).

The location is perfect. I’m the center but not to noisy. Right on the beach and the views were amazing. Staff were really nice and their service was great.

Each room had more than 30 mosquitos... It took me more than 2h... The room and the furniture is old...

Very old bathroom, smell in room/bathroom/closet, in the last day we got stung a lot at night, at first thought it was a mosquito bite but we are pretty sure it is bed bugs

Music noise from the beach at night. Shower was a bit dingy. They didn't mop floors but swept and sprayed polish so it left a residue on feet. Gym was open air with very limited equipment...would have died of heat exhaustion had we used it.

Nice pool with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Ok breakfast. Not too far from the action.

Tv was poor. Gym was poor. Bathroom was poor. The shower head turned to the door when turned on fluctuating between hot and cold. The curtain over the bed did not block out the morning light

The cups are too small and need to be the size of a mug. You could also hear the music from the other end of the beach but nothing the hotel could do about that.

The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and the location was very good, close to Loh Dalum beach. Free water every day was very helpful. Thanks

The power to the room was controlled via the room key. So we couldn't set the ac before we left the room for the day, but it was quick to get cooled. And the pictures of the room was very surface level

Close to everything but not too much noise from the party. The breakfast was full of options and was a nice start to the day.

The building doesn’t have lifts . Older travellers book on ground floor . Badly maintained bathroom . Staff were rude . Overall cleanliness is poor. Would not suggest this to anyone

There were too many mosquitoes and the very loud noise at night from the bars. I think the hotel needs some soundproofing.

The facilities were very nice. The pool overlooking the beach and service was good.

This is a rather open built hotel in stone and concrete.Sounds and noices carry a long way like the party music from the back beach that doesn't stop until 4am.Soy milk is not provided with the breakfast buffet. You have to go and buy it yourself at 7 eleven.The breakfast was really uninteresting.
