Bright and cheerful place very close to the beach. You can walk from the ferry terminal in 10 mins. Great juice place opposite as well as 7/11 and plenty of restaurants. The manager is lovely and the rooms as described on the website. Beds are asian hard. No complaints.

Great large room with lovely views (I was on the top floor) Right next to 2 711 and near the beach, so you don't need to worry about breakfast. Many restaurants and resorts on the beach. This area is a ten min walk from pier and you have the bus stop nearby so you can explore the island easily. Definitely recommend. Comfy beds and large shower room and massive balcony Do require key deposit 500 but Definitely get it back

The lady Boss,is very helpful, with booking everything that you requested. Travel back to the mainland,excursions etc..The rooms are big,cleaned every day, big balcony, close to the beach ⛱️. I always stay here,when I come to Samet.

On second floor, room 15, on that side of the building there are very loud frogs in May after raining :) It's not any fault of the staff, it's just the way it is. Some may find the noise they produce calming but for me it was very irritating :) So take ear plugs just in case. Also, but to be expected, there are some gaps around front floor and in the bathroom there is some opening too so in theory bugs can come in, but I haven't seen even one. Geckons may be in the room but they are useful creatures, making sure you don't have mosquitos and other stuff :) So for me it wasn't a problem but just letting you know. The pillows are also quite hard and big. Not too comfortable for me personally, but I guess it's just a preference :)

Very big room, very big bathroom, very big balcony. Everything very clean and the staff was friendly. Water, toilet paper and some small things like coffee daily delivered to the door even if you don't order cleaning. Super convenient location. Air conditioning working fine. It wasn't too cold. No mosquitos somehow in the room when I was staying, that's a huge plus. Maybe saw just one. Price was also very good for what you get, I believe around 1200 baht per night.

Best location on the island, near beach, shops, restoration... staff is kind and efficient. Spacious and well furnished rooms. Big comfortable beds and nice balcony.

Great little place to stay, nice room with good facilities and a lovely little terrace area. Very quiet despite being on the main street. We enjoyed being near to the shops and just a very short walk to the beach. Owner was very friendly and helpful as well.

Couldnt alter the AC.Maybe needed new batteries in remote.TV didnt work.OK didnt go to watch TV.But its nice to have an option.

The woman at check in was a little rude but that was fine. The price was a little high but it is an island. The shower was crap and the sink slow to drain with the usual smells of Asian drainage.

The bed was excellent, the room was quiet and had everything you needed.
