Love the suite!

Heavy traffic combined with one way streets leading towards the hotel meant that we found it harder getting cars from taxi apps to come get us from here (Bangkok wide problem, I know, but particularly pronounced here).

Booked a 3 bed duplex apartment for our group of 5. Realised it was actually 3 apartments over two floors connected to each other when we got there, this was a little misleading I thought. It was confusing at first because there were lots of doors...no, really. Took some maze-like bumbling and getting locked in and out figuring out who goes where. Once that was sorted, we had a great time. The rooms were clean, comfortable and there were plenty bathrooms for everyone. Appreciated the kettles and the little kitchenette in each room. Staff were friendly and very helpful too. Location is right bang in the middle of numerous malls like MBK and the Siams, almost all connected to each other. Great for shopping and dining.

This is my second time in this hotel I like it alot The staff are so friendly and helpful Always smilling big variety of food for breakfast The Cafe is cozy and tasty The place is so tidy and clean Also it's only 3 minutes walk from Siam shopping center& MBK Center I really love it

The suite was amazing, clean and well equipped. Lots of space and facilities. Location is amazing only 5 min walk from the MBK and 2 min from 7-11 store . I highly recommend this hotel.

WC started overflowing on the last day of stay. The staff was prompt enough to take care of the same. Veg options were limited in breakfast. Mattress on the double bed was not quite comfortable. Room size was quite small but may be that is a general feature in Bangkok for most of the hotels though it felt a little claustrophobic in the room more than usual.

Awesome location. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Overall cleanliness was great. Facilities available in the Superior room were quite good including washing machine, microwave, etc. They took care of adding an extra single bed for our child.

Noisy doors when they are closed by neighbours slamming door.

The breakfast staff were very polite and nice to talk too. We had a lovely breakfast at your hotel. Thankyou so much to all the lovely staff.

Good central location. Walking distance to central malls and Jim Thompson's museum. Room was good for a family of 2+2. Good appliances in the apartment such as a fridge and a washing machine. A very nice pool outside. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast also really nice.

Noise coming from the road and surrounding buildings can disturb light sleepers.

The room was comfortable and had great amenities such as a stove top and washing machine/dyer making this great for longer stays. The building is modern and features a nice infinity edge pool. The staff were very welcoming and made our stay a pleasure.

Pillows can be firmer, TV reception is a little poor. But, really nothing much to complain about.

The big living space and the well equipped kitchenette. Staff was really friendly - helping with the doors and luggage to and from the hotel front desk.

A little inconvenient thought it was really just a 2-3min walk away from National Stadium BTS. it is just that we are really used to SIAM BTS area since most of the places we always go to is in SIAM area.

We stayed at the residences and it was really good. With the washing machine and kitchenette. Though we didn't make use of it since we have been out shopping eating and sightseeing.

The bed is not as soft as i am use to but not hard

The location is absolutely amazing its 5 mins from paragaon, mbk and central world. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. I recovered here after surgery and they were happy to help with a wheelchair , extra pillows anything that was needed

Nothing really, but the room description mentioned a rollout bed, which it didn't have. Luckily, we just managed to squeeze a crib in beside our bed. Otherwise, having the crib in the living room wouldn't have been ideal.

Right next to the BTS for easy travel around Bangkok. The staff were so helpful and happy. Breakfast was good and the price was reasonable.

Lots of mosquitos by the pool but I don't think this is by any means unique to the hotel. Front entrance to apartments was unlocked during the day so seemingly anyone could walk into the lobby but there was a porter at night.

Brilliant location close to MBK and other shops, very good size of apartment and brilliant to have a washing machine. Very well equipped and good pool on the ground floor level.
