No handrails on the stairs when you have kids in socks isn't ideal, also we had to buy a washing line to dry clothes that couldn't go in the dryer. More clothes racks would be handy mainly on the balcony. We had to get a grab to anywhere. .

We loved the modern air conditioning and access to washing machines. Also the more busy local environment, rather than being touristy. Quite quiet at night, unless there is a may thia match on, but that didn't go on to late. WiFi was great for video conferencing if needed. The owner always helped when he could and was always available if there were any questions. Kids loved the 80's style video games in the reception area!

Only stayed here 1 night but absolutely loved it. Gorgeous, huge rooms, nice shower with good pressure, comfortable bed, laundry service downstairs, and very friendly staff.

The communal "kitchen" area would benefit of a bit more cleaning. But is a shared placed not so easy to keep clean

The location is very central. We were a tuk tuk away of everything. There are fruit and food markets around with great food. Neighbourhood was very vivid, at our door we had every evening Muai Thai bets, the fight was on a little TV screen and the men were doing bets, screaming loud, really funny to watch ( once in a live time, I believe). The owner couldn't be more kind and helpful. We arrived early and we asked if he could keep our luggage and he provided us with a room till check-in time. The hostel provides free coffee and has a machine of filtered water ( hot and cold).

There were small flies coming from the bathroom even tho everything looked clean. There wasn't a shower curtain so when you shower the water gets everywhere. Could use some more hooks to hang things on. And also could use some dusting in the corners and crevices. Its a really cute place but if not maintained properly it could not look as good in a few years. The door isn't soundproof so you can hear everything thats happening outside of your room, even from downstairs.

Easy to find. Its very new and clean. Huge room! Nice and minimalist. Lots of natural light. Downstairs was a common kitchen. There's also a coin laundry downstairs so that came in handy. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Probably, the best option we could have in the city. Very clean apartment, spacious room, very quiet, air condition worked perfectly. There is self laundry on the site. Very close driving distance to the Grand palace. The host is amazing, always ready to help and answer all questions!

Love the place and Knot! Highly recommend. Excellent location, with awesome food courts close by and you can get a feel for more local area. Always felt VERY safe! Actual coffee machine with coffee for free 😍 we could store our luggage for 2 weeks there and he treated us twice to some local food. Best place in Bangkok. And most accompanying host :-)

I liked absolutely everything, the room was very clean and everything new and fresh, downstairs is a laundromat and free coffee and water. But what makes the all the difference is the guy who’s working there. He’s so attentive, friendly and kind of 24/7 around. Absolutely recommend to stay there, more value than money.

Japanese style hotel.Japanese minimalism in the room but very clean and comfortable.The hotel has a kitchen and guests can use it.Coffee machine, stove,microwave,Fridge.The hotel employee was very welcoming.Very nice, great review.There is a fruit and vegetable market 300 meters from the hotel. 7 Елеven.

The mattresses were too firm for my taste. Besides this, we had difficulties finding the hotel when we arrived in Bangkok and did not have mobile data. But this should not be an issue when using a GPS map on your phone. When in doubt ask the local shop owners, they were very friendly and walked us to the hotel.

The rooms were clean and practical and the owner was very friendly. We liked that the hotel was not in a "typical" location for tourists to stay and that we were amongst locals as soon as we stepped into the street.

Highly recommend this property. Very central to most places within walking distance or a simple tuk tuk drive away. The room was clean and spacious and shower gel and shampoo is provided which is a nice touch. We were able to check in early at no additional cost. Shoes have to be removed before going upstairs which is not a big deal. Easy to find the accommodation and Would definitely stay here again
