The main road is just below and not a single minute goes by without a scooter or a car driving by. It is very loud and you can hear the traffic even with the windows closed. Not ideal if you want to enjoy the balcony and relax.

The bungalow is well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the location is good - a 5-minute walk to Haad Yao beach and a 15-minute walk to Salad beach. Nadya was very nice and very understanding when I asked to change my booking.

It is in a great location as everything we needed was a 1 minute scooter journey away, yet it still felt secluded and quiet. The property is fully equipped with everything we needed! We really found it to be a secluded oasis!

My only con is that the bathroom has no curtain dividing the shower and toilet/sink area BUT that wasn't a deal breaker for us since a squeegee is provided. The excellent shower pressure made up for this minor inconvenience :)

Bungalow #1 had everything we needed for our 4-night stay for 2 people. The location is perfect... we could ride our motorbike 15-20 mins south for some amazing family owned restaurants as well as the Pantip Market OR we could stay in the northwestern part of the island where the best beaches are, like Haad Yao, Salad & Chaloklum beaches (our favorites). The host Nadya was very flexible and accommodating. She responded quickly to my million questions and even helped us arrange our transfer to and from the pier. Our bungalow happened to be vacant prior to our arrival so she allowed us to check in early which was a major bonus! Housekeeping is provided upon request and although we didn't need daily cleaning, it was nice to have the option. A hose is located right outside the entrance to rinse the sand off your feet before entering the bungalow which keeps the place clean. We got fresh towels replenished when needed and fresh coffee as well. A washer/dryer is available should you need to do laundry for free. The AC and fan are quiet and work wonderfully. There was zero noise from the street at night and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in every day. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower head provided hot water and excellent pressure every day. What else could we ask for? 10/10 experience. I would definetely return :)

I was looking for a peaceful place for a weekend getaway, this was amazing. The balcony with a view had complete privacy. The bungalow was clean and had everything you need and more. No tv, but bring a book! It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. They let me check in early and were so helpful and nice. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely recommend staying here.

Close to a road, but not too noisy.

Absolutely stunning fully equipped bungalow with everything you need. Super clean, Comfy bed, private balcony with stunning views. I needed good wifi for teaching online and this place had a great connection. I ended up extended by stay for another week. It felt a home away from home. Good location near Haad Yao, walk to the beach in 10mins. Worth getting a scooter to explore. Just book it! You wont regret it.

Such a lovely place, with a beautiful balcony for relaxing. The location is also really good and not far from several beaches and nice restaurants. The communication with the Host was also really good and she replied really quick on every question we had. I even forgot something in the room, and she is making sure I will get it back. I can recommend this place to everybody staying in Ko Phagnan!

Great place to stay long term. We loved the view, the facilities, the quietness, the proximity with nice places while still being remote and calm. You're just a quick drive away from gorgeous beaches, restaurants, cafes, yet you still go home to a quiet home which was really enjoyable for us. The washing machine and the kitchen area were extremely convenient and helped a lot in making us autonomous. There's also a place just down the road to rent scooters from, the owners take great care of their bikes and offer fair prices. We stayed 2 weeks and would stay here again

The rooms were very well thought out, there are many amenities which made the stay very comfortable (such as a kitchen with pots and pans and a stove top, extension cords, extra trash bags and a broom, mosquito repellant lanterns outside in the nice sitting area on the balcony). The owner was very nice and checked several times to make sure we enjoyed the stay. We ended up extending by 1 day because we enjoyed the room.

Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about this place. I really enjoyed my stay. I am picky about my accommodations and this met all my needs.

I'm really glad I found this place. What a little slice of heaven on paradise island! The host was friendly and helpful. The bungalow had everything I could possibly need. It was comfy, clean, convenient and cute. The kitchen was great - if you want to cook at home, you're set up with everything you need. And if you want to eat out, you're so close to amazing restaurants. Everything is walkable which was great - 5/6 minutes to the town and to the beach. My favorite part was the view. Drinking coffee on the balcony looking at the water in the morning and watching sunsets in the evening was probably the best part of my stay. I loved the island life vibe. I'm definitely coming back here. Overall, I highly recommend it.

My stay was short but wonderful! The host is kind and super helpful. Seaview - a blue and green paradise 💙💚 The bungalow is very tastefully decorated and everything seems new. Also, it was super clean! The kitchen has all the appliances even for a longer stay. If you don't drive, the beach and store are a short walk away. This accommodation was a great surprise in terms of value for money - will definitely be back soon! Thank you!

It really was a wonderful bungalow...some cushions for the outside bench would have made it perfect ;)

The room was so cosy, such such comfy bed and soft lighting. I loved the view and being up high meant no mossies. It was so peaceful. The shower was powerful and hot and there was kitchen with stove tip, toaster and a big fridge.There was a great standing fan or ac unit if you prefer but it was lovely and cool. Location also good 5 mins to many restaurants and nightlife. 15mins to pier. I would 100% recommend this place

It was comfortable and peaceful. But the parking area on a hill so if you are new to driving a motorcycle, you should keep in mind that think might fall.

Didn't match our expectations because it was too far from the beach Which was very important to us. Must have a motorbike. if you are travelling by foot this is not the place for you.

The room is very basic and nice. Clean. you can see that the room is taken care of and maintained, thought about the small details for maximum comfort of the guests and as much privacy as possible.
