Hard to leave.

Best homestay on our trip. We extended three times and stayed one month in the end. The hosts are so nice and helpful - felt like family. Thank you so much:)

We spent a month here and it was wonderful. Sao and Had were incredibly kind and welcoming and we felt very at home. The bungalow was great, clean and comfortable with good beds, as well as very sound proof (we had one with air con). I would recommend Mada Lanta to everyone, it's quiet, friendly and relaxing, and only 5 minutes to the beach with motorbike/tuk tuk.

I knew before, so not a real problem: You need to rent a scooter, if you want to see something from Koh Lantas beaches. But this is possible to rent a scooter at the resort.

Air con not brilliant in our room but also had a fan so coped with that.

Brilliant location, a short scooter ride to the beach front and great food venues. Sau and Haad were very accommodating and went out of their way to help with anything. Room was fine, bed was comfortable with a chill out hammock on the front porch. Fridge was big and ice cold. No TV, which is perfect. Loved this place.

Great accommodations, great food (try the Masaman Curry) but a little far from everything. If you wanna see the beach, better get a bike.

Nothing, all amazing

Me and my boyfriend stayed here last month and it was our favourite accommodation in SEA over our 5 month trip! The cabins are super cute and cosy. We didn't have an AC room but the fan did the job. The owners are some of the kindest we have met , they cool delicious affordable food and can arrange anything you need on site from bikes to ferries or day trips. We will hopefully be back soon.

Nothing that you wouldn't expect for the price or location

The owners were amazing, friendly, helpfull and funny. Restaurant was very handy as it was a little bit out of the way. Motor bike rental, and they will book ongoing travel for you. The place was quiet and out of the way but only a short bike ride or 20 min walk to the beach. I booked three nights and ended up staying a week

We ended up extending our stay because we loved this bungalow in Koh Lanta so much! Perfect spot with a jungle feel and very close drive to the best beaches on the island. Sau and Haad who own and run this property are truly the kindest people and made our stay so special. They are incredibly welcoming and helpful we were able to hire scooters, dine, wash laundry, book ferries and island tours here at ease. We got a bunch of local recommendations too. Do yourself a favour and order the fluffy banana pancakes for breakfast - the best!!! As for the rooms, very modern, clean, comfortable beds and very spacious with a lovely patio to relax on. Great spot! Thank you again Sau and Haad, we will be back to stay and see you again in Lanta!!

Very nice quiet place in the jungle with lovely staff and nice rooms :) I had good talks with the owners and they did everything to help me. Transport, food and other. If you want a nice quiet place away from the crowd, this is the place. I had a fridge, ac and fan in the room. There was also a kettle and some coffee. Food is great and i felt very welcome. Will definitly stay there again. I recommend to have a scooter but they will help you to get one once you are there.

Its right in the middle of the island, 5 min to nearest beaches and with moto its easily accessible (15/20 min max) to the furthest parts of the island. Sao and her husband were amazing hosts, helped us with renting moto, island tours etc. Regardless of the time of the day, they were just there to help us🥰

The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bungalow was spacious, beautiful and equipped with a nice balcony. The location is very quiet, but with a scooter you can reach all the nice places very quickly. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back - thank you very much having us!

I actually don't think there was anything I didn't like, because actually it's very good value for money I've stayed in places that were terrible for the same amount of money. It's cheap and cheerful and budget friendly with jungle noises. Truly wonderful

Thank you so so much for treating me like I am your family and for taking good care of me with picking me up from the port and the beaches and making me a cheap vegan breakfast and thank you for a relaxing stay! The gardens are beautiful and I loved my lil bungalow! And the 3 cats. Mada Lanta I have fond memories that I will take with me, thank you for the smiles!

It was amazing. The couple who is leading this beautiful hotel is very kind. I had a whole wooden cottage for me alone and it was the most beautiful accomodation i have ever had. It was almost the middle of the jungle and you could listen to the insects at night. I got a scooter from the owner for rent aswell. ❤️ thank you for this nice stay

Very spacious bungalows, clean, quiet with beautiful garden view. A peaceful place but still close to everything. Very helpful and kind owners. Cats area… no dogs. save to walk around.

All was perfect

We rented the wooden bungalow with ventilator and it was perfect. The best bungalow we had in Thailand - nicely done, great, comfortable beds, big towels, all very clean and the bathroom was like new. The terasse with hamac is also great for chilling anytime. The owners are really lovely people and we felt like part of the family. They arranged all from transport, laundry to daily trips and always for lowest prices possible.The kids were so happy there and we would.definitely return! First we were bit afraid of the distance to the beach but we realized that it is an advantage as you do not have the noise from bars and you get shadow all day and nature around and you wakr up with birds singing. And compared to other rentings, this one is far from the main street and having lot of space and in a nice surrounding. If you don't have moto/car then they can drive you with tuctuc for little and finally when walking once in the evening it took us 20mins to the beach.

The place was well located, in the middle of the nature and during the night was really quite. The owners were really kind and helpful. They also rent scooters for a cheap price. I will definitely come back again.
