I will strongly say - THE BEST stayed hotel in the whole Thailand during our travel. The staff so friendly, polite and honestly caring about you! They made our stay even better with small chatting and being so lovely! We even extended our stay for two more days. For two days we had to go early in the morning - they prepared our breakfast seperately for us! Thank you so much for this feeling like home! Additionally - the hotel is a bit away from the centre so it's calm and quiet, but not too far away to reach everything by feet. The view is to the cliff where you can see monkeys jumping on trees and even coming to the hotel (what a crazy but nice experience). Definitely reccomend!

The pool seemed pretty warm - it would have been nice to have it be a little cooler. It also seemed to have more chlorine that what I am used to. The night shift crew staffing the front desk seemed a little disinterested or distracted. Aside from that, the staff were generally pretty great.

The breakfast was quite good. There were eggs to order which was great. A variety of fruits and hot dishes and juices. The coffee was from a dispensing machine, so not ideal but for machine coffee it was better than most. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We ate lunch and dinner a few times in the hotel restaurant and the food was really good. The hotel is a bit outside of the clamor of Ao Nang which is nice - the downside is that you need to take a tuk tuk into town, but they weren't too expensive.

I could not think of anything bad.

The service and hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Literally everybody was really friendly and helpfull. The food and drinks were also very good (I would recommend the mojito ;) ). They bring it to your room or at the pool, so you can enjoy your holiday even more. After we checked-out, we still had a few hours to spend before our flight. We were able to make use of the pool and the bar. After that, they let us shower in a seperate building with fresh towels. And last, but not least, the view! It is located right besides a cliff. In the evening, parts of the cliff are lighted up. Amazing! I would really recommend this place to everyone!

Nothing bad about the property but it is a bit shocking to see the environmental degradation of the streams and land. It’s looks like plans have been made to put in sewage pipes but they have given up and left pipes above ground. The hotel owners should get together and have the local government do something.

This is an exceptional hotel. Very quiet and comfortable. Great restaurant. About 20 minutes walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes by tuk tuk. Better to be away from there as it is quieter I think. Great pool. Stunning vista of the cliff behind which had a golden hue as the sun sets. Attentive staff

Everything. Simply everything. All of the staff is so very kind, friendly and just so nice - we have no words. It is SO clean and neat, the food is awesome, the pool is a dream, the location is stunning. Every other accomodation really only is a downgrade to this!

Rooms can benefit from an updated design. There were also gaps in the entrance door, so we were worried that mosquitoes might come in at night.

Staff were very friendly, and the pool was clean. Can't say much about the breakfast as we didn't opt in for one, but the resort is a short walk to the city centre with loads to eat.

The rooms are fine but are lacking in character/artwork to make cozy.

Breakfast was geared more toward Asian diet but found things nonetheless. Loved the setting of the place against the cliff and as I predicted, very quiet at night.

Beautiful hotel in a great location as is close enough to the beach (25 minute walk,.though the hotel also provides a few shuttles through the day.) But far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. 7 11 is a 5 minute walk away, lots of food options nearby. Staff are very sweet, attentively and helpful, without being overly intrusive. Beds were comfortable and air con is great. Would definitely stay again

Quality of food could be better. For eg. scrambled eggs were not good. In the morning, staff wheel trolleys behind room in the early morning. Quite noisy then.

The most amazing lovely kind staff here made our family of 5 feel so welcomed at all times . The breakfast and beautiful staff were amazing and made sure I always had something yummy to eat as a vegetarian. Lots of options here for vegetarian meals . Pizza by the pool was a hit with the kids. Free bus to beach was amazing service and can pick you up if you want to come home early. All our tours were organised by the fantastic staff and can be charged back to room . The wonderful staff even arranged my laundry to be done and returned same day. We will definitely be back here. We had such a beautiful 7 night stay here felt so homey and peaceful coming back each day. Thank you so much. The Carlo Family x

Overall a great place and excellent staff. A couple of minor points, beds are quite hard, as they tend to be in Thailand, but team will put on a mattress topper if you ask. And don’t get the sun all day by pool, but it’s nice to get out the heat and sun after a while. Overall would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Lovely place, fab food and ambiance. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk or get a Tuk Tuk into town. Rooms nice and well looked after. Pool is nice and great to sit out front by the pool area.

Water pressure could been better, but this was nothing compared to the great hospitality in this hotel.

We love everything especially the friendly staffs! They always greeted you with a smile. Our stay was amazing and enjoyable time. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast variety was very good with daily changed of menu. Fabulous hospitality!

Breakfast in this hotel is a real disappointment. If I had known this before, I would not have purchased it by booking. For the same money you can enjoy amazing meal in many restaurants in town. More detailed: variety of food was not great, most of times meal was cold, fruits and vegetables were not fresh; we had to wait quite long for our fried eggs and boiled eggs were not available but cooked upon request.

Location or property was excellent; far from the noise of town and at the same time relatively close to area with restaurants, money exchange offices, grocery stores etc. Shade from the mountain allows you to spend lovely time hanging out by the pool. Hotel staff was very nice and always eager to help. Amazing pool with stunning view of the cliffs.

The location was amazing. All the staff were lovely, I can only remember the name of Bow, but they were all friendly and very helpful. I loved lying in the pool and looking up at the cliffs. The food was exceptional 👌 😋 best panang curry ever !

The morning buffet price per person was a bit expensive and didn't offer vegan or vegetarian options worth the price they were asking, but luckily there is plenty of food near by or you can order ala-carte items.

The Scene Cliff View Villas were absolutely amazing, I wish we had spent more than 4 nights there! Beautiful and breath taking resort with extremely friendly and accomodating staff members. The pools and limestone cliffs are the highlight attractions of the entire property. We loved that it was in very close proximity of an abundance of stores for food, market, shopping, relaxing and bars. In addition, it is an easy 15 minute walk to Ao Nang beach which is amazing for swimming and catching a boat to Railey Beach or island tours! We spent a lot of our time at the resort or in their local neighborhoods eating and relaxing. The town is fun during the day and night and we made friends with some locals. This resort is exceptional and would absolutely recommend it for friends, couples and even families!! One of my favorite aspects of this resort is their on site live in cats, they have 2 who are both so friendly and precious to play with. They even let us stay in the pool 30 minutes after closing time.

The view on the cliff was amazing! Nice swimming pools to which you have access straight from your villa. Really friendly and helpful staff at the breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, every day it was a little bit different in choice of food. There are cute bamboo baby chairs and cutlery for the little ones. Just by the restaurant there is space for kids to play! That was really great, so the parent can enjoy his breakfast in the peace :) The hotel provides free transfer to and from the beach 4 times a day. As it’s a bit far away if you are with kids, but you can always take a tuk tuk, taxi or arrange it at the reception. Shops, restaurants are at the walking distance.

No place is perfect. Slight smell from barhroom sometimes but that’s being picky. You can hear other residents from the other villas. And the bed is not just firm it’s rock solid! 4 days in it was more then enough.

The view and staff are standout here. Pool is also very nice and never more than a few other people. Room is a good size (double deluxe) and spotlessly clean. Decent bathroom with rainfall, hot shower. We only ate breakfast here but it was very good and the team that worked it were so helpful and friendly. Location is far enough away from the busy main street so no noise but only a few mins walk to places to eat or free shuttle ride if you want to drink/eat in the main area.

There was nothing we did not like. Location wasn’t a problem even though hotel is not in the middle of downtown area. We found it to be a lot more peaceful and plenty of services and restaurants nearby 5 min walk. The beach area is very congested and touristy. We preferred the hotels location. The staff were exceptional!

Breakfast was a La carte because in low season and not many guests. Food was very good and ample amount. Good variety offered, western or Thai options.
