If you’re looking to party this resort is quite far from the main spots but ideal if you want a quiet getaway. Air conditioning unit was not installed properly so dripped all day and night making everything wet and keeping us awake. This being said, I was grateful to have the AC and would definitely stay again.

The beach is beautiful and it’s right there which is amazing. Cute wooden lodges which makes it feels like you’re in the jungle. Staff are so friendly.

The bath could have better plug to hold watter longer inside. It is good to take with you the moskito candle to be able to sit outside in the evening. Ferries from marina made noise, which you could hear on the top of hill. I think lower located cottages were more quiet, but didn´t have the view.

Beautiful view from our top hill located cottage and its balcony. Nice Thai wooden cottage, with extra space for our family. Several spacious balconies. One with hammock and wooden furniture, other with round bath in open air. Nice breakfast. Every evening local cat comes to us. If you like cats, bring a can with cat food with you. If not, cat will go away.

No bar/restaurant on site (or at least it wasn't open when I stayed) . Rooms are very dark. Could have been a little cleaner, floors felt like they needed an additional sweep etc but overall fine.

It was very basic. Holes in the floors as it was just one layer of wood. No privacy in the bathroom as it’s just walls. No where really to put your stuff. Bathroom wasn’t very clean

The bathroom was not on the same level as the room, and for a fit person like me it was fine, but for someone with disabilities, it wouldn't be possible to stay at this place. The steps were huge, it felt like I was in a hole while in the bathroom (I noticed though not all bungalows are like that one, some have the bathroom on the same level). I wouldn't recommend it for drunk people either, you could fall as it was a bit intense. Another thing that was quite unpleasant was my neighbors. I had two nearby bungalows with groups of British-speaking neighbors that sounded completely smashed and they were shouting very loud, cursing a lot, commuting from one bungalow to the other being chaotic and loud and took me hours of sleep (it felt like they were inside my room as the walls were very thin and the bungalows very close by), this started from 2 am and lasted till when it was daylight. Quite a nightmare. Because I chose to pay with a card, they charged me a fee on top of the amount, I wasn't expecting that, it was around €10 more expensive.

It was a beautiful bungalow, but for the price I paid (compared to other places I stayed in Thailand) I found this one the least value for money. The highlight of the bungalow was the large balcony with the hammock. I spend hours there. But the room itself had a weird configuration. It had aircon, a minibar, and a double bed only. Not a table or any sort of object in which I could support my bags, no dresser, no hangers, so I had to leave all my stuff inside the suitcase and that wasn't the most comfortable experience.

Overbooking could have been avoided for the room i had reserved and could have been communicated properly. Quite off from the main party town. Felt it wasn’t a great value for money after reaching the property.

The hotel manager was sweet enough to allow us to keep our luggage till we found an alternate accommodation.

Jida the hostess was soo sweet and kind, and was helpful and caring, asking if she could help, fx me finding around, booking ferry awa, immigration stuff and overall she lifts the place ALOT. She’s amazing. Manager give her more in salary because she is so good with us visitors.

It was very dark in the bungalow because the windows are always closed and the light is not too bright. Der are some cockroaches in the bathroom as well but nothing you can’t live with.

The Bungalow is in the middle of the jungle near the beach. Great value for money and would definitely come back. Cute little huts with a hammock on the balcony :)

The bungalow windows did not close properly, big gaps in floor board allowing insects and mosquitoes in. The pictures show mosquitoe nets on the bed but these were not provided. Beach bar was not open.

Perfect t location right by the beach with a short walk to piers and local food shops and bars. If you wanted my party atmosphere its still only about 15minute walk to Sairee Beach

I stayed in the deluxe bungalow for 3 weeks at the top of the hill and the view/hammock was incredible and it felt so private, which I loved. Jida, I think she is the manager is also very nice and always there to help! :)

This is a really root place. Good for short stay with limited confort. Room are really dark.

The location is great with direct access to the beach. Morning breakfast is basic but not expensive. Staff is really nice and can organise everything for you.

I felt that the bungelows need some upgrading and maintenance. I assume covid made it difficult for them.

The lady behind the reception is very sweet and helpful. The location is also good, on the beach. In the afternoon when the tide is high, you can do beautiful snorkeling, see many fishes. And it has a nice sunset.

It was very dark in our lodge, a bit more/better lights would be nice.

It was right at the beach where you can start snorkeling right away... Royal resort is next to the village, so it's quiet at the beach but everything is in walking range (shops, restaurants, the ferry, etc.). Our cabin was a bit up in the forest and looked great with lots of space. The staff was very helpful when we had a question or problem.

Only dim lighting in the bungalow. Air conditioning not so effective because of many cracks in the bungalow window and door frames. Poor wi-fi in the bungalow.
