I wish basic cooking items were available (salt and pepper, for example). Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked. No coffee machine though.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Easy drive to the start of trails to the mountains. Lovely private beach. Beautiful garden area and nice to have our own cooking space.

We had a lovely Seaview apartment, able to walk down to the private beach from our balcony. The appartments were located in a quiet area, an easy 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Appartments were very clean, staff very helpful. Lovely quiet pool.

A short walk to town. But not really a problem beacuse 7/11 nearby and allways taxi waiting right outside the resort.

A little paradise in Kamala Beach. Loved the pools and the quiteness. Working and relatively quiet aircon. Always warm water in the shower. Cleaning available everyday by polite and smiling staff. Great view over the ocean. We did not use the beach much (private nor Kamala Beach) but used the longtail boats to get us to small quiet beaches. The staff was really helpfull and lovely and helped us with tour booking. We fixed breakfast ourself in the kitchen. Can really recommend dinner from nearest restaurent "The Bua".

The unit we booked (Deluxe Apartment, which there is only one of) developed a plumbing problem 2 days before our arrival. They did not tell us about it and placed us in another unit that did not match what we booked. We complained about it, and they sorted us right out with a new unit right on the beach. However, what I did not like was the fact that they just assumed that we would be happy with an inferior unit without telling us what happened. We would have understood and for a discount would have stayed in the other unit. However, they took our money and kept quiet until we complained about it.

The location was excellent as our unit was right on the beach. It was quiet and clean and the gardens were lovely. The swimming pools were big and clean and private. Loved our stay there.

It’s like renting an apartment so don’t expect room service or staff after 6pm etc if you need anything. But if you’re prepared for that it’s great. The first few hundred meters walking to beach you’re on a busy road with no shoulder or path, but the rest of the sidewalk is great once past that.

Beautiful quiet property with multiple great pools. Small private beach on front and very close to Kamala beach. We really enjoyed Kamala beach, lots of great food and massages and beach time with our family.

No breakfast options, but we knew in advance. You are able to cook in the kitchen, it has all the kitchenware needed for making breakfast. The closest place to buy toast, eggs and sausages, are 7-11 a few hundred meters away. If you dont want to make breakfast yourself, you are in for a longer walk, to get to a restaurant that serves breakfast, unless you can wait til 11:30, then there are a restaurant very close by, on the way to 7-11. The adjacent beach is not suitable for swimming, filled with rocks. Must walk a few hundred meters to Kamala beach for swimming.

Beautiful location and fairly close to shops and restaurants, high quality bungalows, well functioning WiFi and TV, beautiful and well-tended garden and friendly staff.

Beautiful ocen view apartments with a large living space. It was clean and the complex has two good size pools. It is located in a quite part of the beach within a walking distance to the town centre and the beach.

Room was not always clean and we had to ask every day for water and tissues to be resupplied. Room was cleaned about half of the times we asked.

Drain in the shower didn't work properly but we didn't mentioned about it to the staff. Breakfast cafe or pool bar would be great addition. The main pool area might need update in the future.

Nothing in particular. But I can say an area for improvement - kitchen cabinets, front door knobs may need some replacement, refurbishment or repainting. There are already visible signs of wear and tear. Otherwise, this hotel provided my family a very good homey experience.

Location is good - you have almost everything nearby - supermarket, beach front, restaurants, pharmacy.. Brought our own car so going there and around the different places was not difficult. Mobility was smooth for us. It has a strong wifi connection, Smart TV, nice big bathroom, complete utensils. We have everything:) The staff are very friendly, warm, accommodating. They did what I requested them one day before our check in - that is, to make sure that the aircon is well functioning (I read from the reviews that there are times AC would just break down..)

We absolutely loved this condo and the resort. It was so beautiful and well maintained. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, especially the sunsets! We also enjoyed the private little cove and pools. The resort is only a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, Kamala Beach, and a 15-minute Tuk-Tuk ride to Patong Beach. We would highly recommend staying here and would come back again!

Breakfast not included for us. Due to late check-in and lack of communication, we were unaware that breakfast had to be booked in the day before, so could not get breakfast at accommodation the following morning. No complaints, just a heads up for those checking in late: If you want breakfast provided at accommodation you have to book the day before!

Cleanliness, reception and staff service, clean and modern bathroom, beautiful tucked away resort in good location (2 min walk from 7/11, few minutes drive into town, very close to the beach). Good value/affordable price for 4 people.

The furniture in the rooms needs a refresh, it's all in amazing condition for the age, but it's all little "in the years" with the charme of the 90s Invest in new modern furniture and your hotel will be perfect.

I saw the garbage hide in down of the sink. And it it stinky.

Breakfast is great. And the people are so nice. I Love the view too. Had a extremly great exxprience in Kamala Estate Resort.
