We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Good location for food and activities such as going to Railey beach as the boats leave about 5mins down the road! The room itself was pleasant for us as we only stayed there for 1 night, but maybe we would have found issues if we stayed for longer!

ItalyCommunication with the staff wasn't always easy. We sent a message the morning of the check-in to know if our room was ready or we could leave the baggage, and they answered our the day after when we were already inside. At the moment of the reservation here on Booking we were asked to choose between two separated beds or one double bed. We chose the double bed but we found the separated beds. Not a big deal, but a little more attention would be appreciated.
The position is amazing, less than 5 minutes walking from the sea. Our room was quite nice and the staff was kind. They offered us the possibility to take a shower after the checkout, but they charged us for it.

SwedenOne evening we had only cold water in the bathroom. There is no electricity in the room when you are not in (electricity works only with a card inside).
Very nice place with great staff, they helped us with extending our accommodation for two more nights and allowed us to book through Booking and we still could stay in the same room. They helped us also to organise a day trip to Phi Phi Islands, the tour was actually great! 👌 Run by a local tour company. Reception also provide all the transport options to different places in Krabi. We highly recommend this place to stay for few nights! Plus value was a very comfortable bed :)

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed 4 nights, location is perfect, you are next to the restaurants, bars, beach and taxi boats to other local beach. The hotel can help you with all your booking and transfers. Room very clean, and cleaned daily. The room is quite large, mattress could be better but it was fine for us. No lift. Nice view from the rooftop.
