the only thing they should get better it was Friday morning and in the pool bar, they didn't have fresh fresh coconut, only delivery on Mondays.

The location was excelent, next to money exchange, laundry, restaurants, and the beach. the pool was good and the massage nice.

Location was amazing. 10-12 min walk to the beach, so lively outside. Given the price, not so bad. Enough facilities and the staff was really helpful

Paid higher rate and requested high floor upon making reservation, got 2nd floor instead and no slippers provided. Checked with reception and they said 2nd floor reserved for Russian group so no slippers provided. I think it was not quite fair for us with the paid rate.

Our first room lacked good functioning A/C. The staff was very nice & changed us to another room upon demand. This one was perfect.

I absolutely loved the pool area with the view on the mountains! The music was also very enjoyable. Water was just the right temperature.

The facilities are a bit outdated and the staff although super nice, doesn’t seem to communicate between each other.

Rooms are a bit small. 20 min walk to the beach, although there’s a free shuttle on a schedule.

Pool is great. It’s been a while since we’ve used a hotel pool that much. There’s street food right outside the property, easy on lazy evening.

Plugs were a bit loose, so had to prop up plugs to keep stable when using kettle and chargers. Ao Nang itself is more crowded and touristy than expected.

Clean hotel, nice balcony allows you to dry clothes and relax. We had a room on the back of the hotel which was always quiet and isolated from the streets. Were able to arrange a taxi to the airport the night before, which turned up on time. Good bed and bathroom.

Staff wasn’t that helpful to be honest. We arrived at 1, to be told our room wasn’t ready which was fine. Check in isn’t till 2 anyway. We were still waiting at 3 and if it wasn’t for asking we wouldn’t have known our room was ready. Not very welcoming which I find it unusual for Thailand as other places we have stopped everyone has been so welcoming and friendly!

Location is amazing, close to the beach. A lot of restaurants around the corner, on other side of the road nice night market. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are small and very small beds. They tried to make the bed more comfortable by putting in a topper which was nice, but the cleaning of the rooms were subpar and the rooms were very small which makes it hard to stay in and relax.

We like that the hotel has such a nice buffet for breakfast and a great pool. The property was within a close walking distance to Ao Nang beach. The staff was very kind and helpful. There were nice shading and beach loungers to really allow us to veg out all day. The rooms we were in also offered a balcony.
