Great pool and restaurants

Rooms were abit dated and could do with a upgrade.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, wide selection of cuisines from around the world and the menu was slightly different each day which made it even better. The hotel was very accommodating for young families with kids, the the Kids Club and playground was great. We got a free upgrade to the room with a Jacuzzi so that was excellent. The staff were friendly, hard working and very accommodating. We required a buggy cart to get to and from our hotel room and the team were very efficient.

Nothing major but i thought the rooms could do with a dehumidifier because at certain times you can feel the humidity inside the room or smell it (hard to explain). It didnt impact our trip at all and it is more of an improvement suggestion.

The location is great as it was quiet yet a short ride to patong. Food is amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and definitely come back to Hyatt.

The pool was so hot I know it’s very warm in Thailand at the moment but the pool was unbearably warm Beach was not useable but still on your short ride to Kamala beach

Beautiful property , well maintained grounds. The breakfast was great stunning view from the Mexican restaurant.

The facilities are great and clearly popular - as they are often booked out for functions ( so they are not always available) - so check before walking to Casa Boho!! The pool area is lovely and a defect spot for relaxation. The spa massages were fabulous.

Tranquil location, lovely staff, everything well maintained and clean. Great facilities and away from the madness of larger towns, but close enough if you want it.

The loud music from a birthday party at Casa Boho (which was close to our room) was too disturbing, esp since we go to such hotels to wind down and relax. Breakfast quantity was massive but quality was so so (I’m vegan but had enough to choose from). Don’t stay here if you’re looking to chill by the private beach, it’s a small stretch and the sand was not so soft/clean

Rooms were spacious, big pool and large breakfast venue (which meant waiting time is not much), quick buggy service, lovely staff.

The timing of the last shuttle bus from Kamala beach should be extended to 7pm so that the guests can see the sunset from Kamala beach.

The staff are very courteous and well mannered. Their priorities are customers' satisfaction. Kudos to Madam Helena and many others. Keep up the good work!

Apartments tiered on a hillside. If you're high up, you don't want to walk, but a constant buggy service avaiiable and very little waiting.

Excellent as expected. (Not a great beach when tide's out.) Great beachside restaurants short trip on hotel shuttle bus..

Steep slopes & high restaurant prices

Amazing Breakfast & food quality Staff are so friendly & attentive. We had issues with condensation / Dead Bees in the bathroom, staff came to investigate & had pest control handle the situation within an hour. Offered us a different room as well & very apologetic which we were happy to stay where we were once the issue was fixed. Best pool we have ever had on vacation. Excellent kids club cannot fault much just takes time to adjust to the steep slopes & getting around.

The service times are very slow, and at some points we were waiting over an hour to get a drink or food. The staff in the bar area are very slow, however the staff in the restaurant and lobby are good. They are all incredibly friendly though. We got ill from the food in the hotel on three occasions and ironically we did not get ill anywhere else in Thailand, even eating at markets. You cannot swim in the sea opposite the hotel which should be made more clear. The hotel is nice, however it is not really a 5* hotel.

The rooms are nice and modern. The swimming pool is lovely and has a nice view from the infinity pool. The restaurant is clean and has a good variety of food for breakfast, and the drinks from the bar are good quality. The staff are friendly.

Rooms which are on a first floor needs some repairs, as due to climate you can smell the damp. But, it’s not in all rooms. Probably on a first floor. We have changed the room to the highest floor.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. I really liked an attitude towards to their clients. Big swimming pool and really nice breakfast choice. Fruits are the best!

There isn't a real beach on front of the hotel, this was a big disappointment. The room buildings need a refresh or some modernisation. The lobby are is open without AC. Although it's a nice effort for the planet, it may become stressing if you need to spend a while in the lobby area.

Pool area is wonderful. Restaurant and meals are excellent. Personnel is wonderful and helpful. Apartments comfort and decoration is very good.

We’ve hard a number of unpleasant encounters with service staff in the bars/restaurant (getting orders wrong and trying to convince us this is what we ordered, another with a rude waitress with an attitude, another with a waitress who told us we will have to get off the table soon because it is supposedly booked soon…) that we had to to ask for a manager and to complain. The manager we spoke to (Helena) was very supportive and turned our experience around. Suddenly, everyone became nice and the service became good and most importantly, quick. She also gave us a late checkout since our flight was in the evening to apologize for the inconvenience.

Our room with the plunge pool was great and the view was just beautiful. The main pool is good and they have a bar/restaurant new the top called Casa Boho that has a fantastic view and good vibes (DJ, small pool, etc.). The breakfast buffet is really good and has good quality foods and a good variety.

The room feels abit old, especially the floor tiles. Maybe the staff shouldn't be sweeping the floor when guests are having breakfast. The staff came abit too near to our table with the broom.

While the breakfast was very tasty the coffee just came out of a naff machine rather than barista made and took ages to arrive. Even self serve there was always a queue. Only a small point but I think for a 5* hotel you expect a swift cup of coffee in the morning!

The room was absolutely stunning! Even though it was a standard room it was huge and had both and pool and ocean view. The bed, bathroom and all the little details were just beautiful, we absolutely loved it. Also the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, always anticipating your needs but doing so in a way that wasn't over the top, they were great.

The timing of gulf cars, were taking a lot of time to arrive It was a Sewage smell coming from the bathroom, but they came and took care, and there was two towels not clean I told the housekeeper but they didn’t understand me

Language barrier with some staff - We called to receive assistance on TV remote that never worked - Phone did not work for a day - it was replaced.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was more than enough. It’s definitely a place for families to stay. Breakfast comes with a lot of variety of food. Drinks were great. We loved the restaurant-bar on the hill - it offered a much more calm atmosphere than all the kids running around in the main lobby screaming like there is no tomorrow. Staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.

The beach. U technically cant use it. Infact in my opinion the hotel should not mention it has ocean access because its a joke. - the room service could have been better considering the top quality of breakfast it had

Great hotel, loved the breakfast. Rooms very clean and spacious. Always a ready driver to come and pick u although sometimes it takes time.
