Just the way the hotel manager talks to you may make you feel a little uncomfortable. She is a nice lady but should learn more about communication with guests

A lovely place to stay with a super friendly staff, always helpful and with a smile. Staff cleans the room and fills refrigerator every day (even without your request). Breakfast is good. Loved every minute of my staying.

Nothing, how anyone could mark this hotel down for anything is beyond me.

Great location right next to the beach, the rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Laundry was done for us. The room had all the amenities and extras that were topped up daily. The staff go above and beyond to help you, arranging transport. We were there over New Year and they held a party free of charge for guests including all food, drink, party hats, games and prizes- it was truly amazing and showed how much they care. Floats, paddle boards, snorkels, bat and ball all available to borrow for the beach free of charge. They supplied towels and flip flops for the beach and waterproof beach bags. They really have thought of everything and cannot do enough for you. Fab breakfast every morning with loads of choice. We would definitely return again xx

The staff in the resort was exceptional, very kind and helpfull. the resort was nice and clean. the breakfest was pretty good. the location is perfect, you can see the sea from the resort 😊 the only thing we did not like is the loud music in the bar nearby till arround 1 or 2 am.

Bathroom door height was very low and I hit my head on it too many times. Nearby bar played loud music until very late at weekend.

Hotel was very well run - everything was clean and very well organised. Hotel was a few metres from a beautiful beach. Beach towels were provided free of charge and there was also some free canoes and surfboards to use. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was of adequate size, be'd nice and soft and housekeeping kept it very clean for us.

Great staff: all were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with language differences. Breakfast had great options, Thai and non-Thai, and there was plenty. Lots of other food options around, and the island is walkable for many.

Everything was super!

Staying here was a great decision! We loved the location, it is close to the beach and all restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, they helped us with booking a snorkelling trip and really did their best to accommodate us during our stay! The breakfast is also very good, where you choose from a menu. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Koh Samet!

The staff was extremly friendly and helpfull. The room was exactly like into the pictures, with dayly cleaning. They have even flip floos in the room for use it on the beach. Very good location next to White beach and restaurants. They offer you for free bikes, life jackets, paddle boards, canoe and inflatable toys, beach towel and mats, umbrellas and water prooff bags. Breakfast was prepared from the menu, was very good. We will come back for sure
