Friendly is a wonderful spot. It is ideally suited on the island and has a most beautiful garden interior. The bungalows are wonderful, cosy and quaint. However it’s the warmth of the owners and staff who really shine! Thank you all, we hope to return!

We liked everything.

We loved everything about Friendly! The rooms are clean, spacious and secure. The shower in the bathroom was electric and powerful. We slept very well. The food served in the restaurant is delicious (if you don't stay here, you should definitely visit to eat). The staff are all lovely and we hope to return soon! Sitting on the bungalow porch, watching the birds on the surrounding flowers was a highlight for our stay. Thank you for a magical time on Koh Jum!

Nothing. I loved it.

Huge and very nice bungalows. Bed is huge too and super comfy. It’s very very clean. Many options to hang your clothes. There is also a mini fridge with cold beers inside ;) the staff is great and helpful, the scooter was brand new and the food was delicious. Best massaman curry I’ve ever had!!! Also the beach is at the end of the road like 3 minutes walking.

Everything was perfect.

We spent 4 weeks travelling in Thailand and Friendly was the best place we stayed at! The bungalows are neat and very comfortable, everything is very well organized, the hosts are very nice, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Bungalow was lovely and spacious and cool. Restaurant has a lovely selection of thai and western food at good prices and good portions. Lady who owns the place is so lovely and makes you feel soo welcome . Bike rental from her is a good price 👌 I booked the boat off island and got delivered by them to the pier 😎😎

Wifi a bit unreliable. The on-site restaurant was good, but pricey.

Beautiful quiet location, helpful friendly staff, and not far from the beach and local restaurants. A library where you can borrow books to read. You can hire bikes and motorbikes too. Good on-site restaurant, though this was a bit over-priced. Very good value for money.

The area is a bit stinky and since the bungalows have many open slits, it smells in the bungalow too. The sink in the shower was completely blocked by hairs. They didn't clean appropriately.

Friendly and helpful staff. They picked us up at the pier on the day of arrival and brought us back to the pier on our last day. Furthermore, they helped us organizing the transportation to the main land. Motorbikes and bicycles can be rent there (bikes already very old, motorbikes in shape). Our favorite: the water refilling station (refill of reusable bottles is for free).

For some reason my room had too small breaker for the power load. It went off because water heater was too powerful. The staff though fixed it during my stay

Bed is big and has a mosquito net but the windows need it aswell. Or else you have to keep them closed all the time.

Their restaurant serves good food. The manager is friendly and helpful. Property is very close to the beach. Big bathroom, hot shower. Quiet and not bright at night.

beautiful bungalows immaculately clean and yes we managed just fine without aircon or the need for a mozzie net. many restaurants open nearby (need bike) as due to so few people travelling unfortunately friendly restaurant wasn’t open, the food we did enjoy with the family though was outstanding so we can’t wait to go back to try out more of Jays wonderful food

we loved staying at Friendly, we had high expectations given the reviews were so good and it didn’t disappoint. we felt like part of the family during our stay and they went out of the way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

the staff are super friendly and welcoming! Our bungalow was the perfect size for a couple, very clean and comfortable. only a small walk to the beach and you’re basically in the middle of the island, handy for exploring.
