Many times we didn't have water in the bathroom, and couldn't shower when we wanted. That may have been a short term problem when we was there, but was the only negative experience we had.

It was a distance from the main areas but if you worked out the ways around, it was done quite easily and was affordable too

The rooms were small but very adequate, had everything you need in the right place and it had a balcony which as a smoker was ideal. The staff were all lovely and friendly, would definitely recommend

The noise from 2th Road can be hard to bear if you not use to street noise.

The restaurant open up at 12am so does not offer breakfasts. Bed was not so comfy - I could feel metal springs, but it was ok.

noisy in the room I stayed in since restaurant just below. Book.com Description says there’s parking, but Learned upon arrival only parking in on the road in front hotel. I commented about that to the staff upon arrival. Hoping to get real parking. I always look to book hotel with private parking lot. Anyway, at 11pm a drunk motorcyclist smashed into my car caused quite a lot of damage and my time to sort out. I only used the room for a few hours in reality. I’m sure that drunk driver bashing my car is just bad luck for me and not fault of hotel . However, I will make sure I stay hotel with an actual parking lot in the future

No water. Feaceas in the bathroom. So much mold, you can't see the floor. Bed linen so dirty, I wouldn't let a Soi dog sleep there. Discussing place. Used to be good, something went really wrong. Avoid at all cost now.

Didn't mention stairs to rooms,no fire escape,broken toilet seat staff didn't care,balcony a bio hazard with bird faeces everywhere. Very noisy ,no pass for security door only guard checked out early no refund even though unhappy. Would not recommend on my experience.

It’s a popular restaurant hotel, so it gets crowded and because of the small space it’s awkward to move through the restaurant as a guest of the hotel. The room also had a terrible sewage smell that lingers and the staff didn’t clean my room one of the nights, that was quite upsetting. And although overall the place is quite clean they could do some deep cleaning by the bed and behind the TVs and get rid of the smell.

The staff was polite and it’s in a great location for Jomtien beach, the restaurant food is also quite delicious!

An exceptionally clean well run little gem with fabulous staff (everyone of them ) and for me the food in the restaurant was a really big winner . We ate there more times than we normally would , but it was so good so wanted to try more of the menu . Another bonus , I hadn't realised just how close it was to Jomtien beach . About 200 yards and next to the night Market and other restaurants . I'll definitely go back
