We were there in April and Thailand is ridiculously hot and humid… over 100degrees! The beautiful swimming pool is not cooled and is not swimmable. The water is beyond hot! The restaurant closed at 7:30 but all the menus in our room said 8:30 so we missed ordering food. “ Sorry, we need to change them to say 8:30.” They charge almost $10 US for breakfast. Really pricy for Thailand.

It has a beautiful beach that is is a one minute walk from the hotel. You can access miles of beautiful shoreline. The rooms are clean. Small minimart is a short walk. Staff were kind and helpful.

We went for breakfast at 9.30 on our first day and there was no hot food left.

We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Our bungalow was exactly what we needed and the beach was perfect in every way.

Loved it but the bed was sposed to be double but 2 singles pushed together no probs but the only downside was room service after 8.30 not available defo would come again the maintenance/gardeners were lovely!!

I have reserved 5 rooms. 3 standard rooms and two delux rooms. Although t he prices of the two types of the rooms were different , all the rooms were the same. I told the situation to the staff in reception, they told me that this issue concerns The Booking. Com.

The location is very good. The resort situated at the junction of the Chewing and Chewing Noi beaches. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good enough.

Not too many other restaurants around but fine if you just want to stay in the hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful with our requests. Room was a bit tight for a family of 4 but we managed. Beach bungalow was right on the beach. Lovely swimming pool with 2 shallow pools for young children. Nice quiet area. Would stay again.

The daily very early individual “reservations” about the pool lounge chairs. You could get no pool side chair after breakfast at 9 am…. All taken, reserved with towels, and individual personal items. Same at the beach……

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is on a more quiet beach just down from Chaweng. There were always lots of sun beds available. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of different options. The rooms were comfortable and quite large. Staff were very friendly.

The reception staff is not very frendly. He refuses you with a smile on his face. Twice we wanted to rent a motorbike, we were told that today they don't have availability, let's try tomorrow. And tomorrow the same, the same situation. Local excursions are more expensive than at the vis a vis agency, they are not willing to negotiate. We stayed 10 nights, we had 2 bungalows, because we were 2 couples. I requested a free transfer to airport , as specified on the website. We were refused on the grounds that we did not book the accommodation on their website and they asked us for double the price of a local taxi.

The location is good. It is located in the south of Chaweng beach. I had a bungalow on the beach, very nice view. The gorgeous pool. Very good breakfast, very varied buffet. Super cleaning, daily. Quiet area. Terraces and restaurants in the area. The entertainment area is approximately 35-40 minutes away on foot.

In higher floors no water pressure, breakfast time till 10, if you are sitting there they start to clean the Buffet. And tables.

It is an older property and the price reflects this - I was more than happy.

The location at the end of Chaweng beach was perfect for myself and my young son. We didn’t need the bars and nightlife. Loved our beach that was peaceful and the pool was huge and quiet. The staff were so helpful and accommodating - thank you. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Staff serving at the beach restaurant bar. I was waiting so long for service once i just left. My table wasnt tidied or cleaned after last guest. I had an ashtray with a cigarette butt in. I stayed last year and the staff were great but this year there was alot left to be desired.

Reception staff, the beach and the loungers on the beach. The room was nice and clean overall very nice. The housekeeping were very thorough and cleaned my room to a high standard always. Leaving fresh drinking water and replenishing my complimentary coffees and teas everyday.
