Nothing to dislike at all.

Great location. Property is walking distance to beach, restaurants and handy to all activities you would want. However rooms & villas are in a tranquil peaceful setting removed from all the hustle and noise from the main road. The on site restaurant served tasty food by great helpful staff.

quite a bit of mosquitos. outside the room. i was staying at room 102, the plants can do some trimming.

the breakfast is great, the room is comfortable. the amenities in the room is fantastic. free minibar drinks. it is indeed the Oasis in Patong Beach. away from the noise but not too far away.

Nothing it was exceptional

Everything, the Resort was absolutely beautiful, the rooms are amazing, the staff are so lovely and accomodating. The breakfast is outstanding, they make dishes fresh to order - the pancakes were amazing! The Staff decorated our room for my birthday and sung happy birthday to me, they were so bloody amazing. I will never stay anywhere else when I come back to Phuket, perfect location about 10 minute walk to Bangala road, however plenty of great spots to eat and get a massage right outside - it was 1000 out of 10

This property was literally an oasis in the heart of Patong, the rooms and resort are all new fully renovated with such style and class, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, they are so pleasant to deal with it honestly felt like home, the breakfast and restaurant served amazingly delicious food, all the produce was fresh and delicious. I honestly would stay here every time I come to Phuket in is walking distance from the beach and shops, but not too close to all the loud noise, it’s perfect! The rooms are sound proofed so you can not hear a thing, the beds are so comfy, the shower pressure is perfect, everything is perfect! 10/10 and 5 stars! Well done!

Well it’s just a point that I called the room service around 2:00AM and I asked them for blanket, they said that it’s not available right now and I have to wait until the morning, well in 5 star hotel or resort this is not should happen

The pool is good even before reconstruction, but the large steps are dangerous, as you can’t see the lowest step (when carrying kid) .

The resort is tastefully reconstructed, it is the best place to stay if you are not fan of huge crowded resorts, but want to be close to the bars and shops and beach. We really enjoyed every day there, the rooms are spacious (traveling with two little boys), the breakfast is not huge but absolutely sufficient. The staff is wonderful, the girls at the reception are amazing as well as the main lady in the restaurant.

Pool is small, though beach is nearby.

Scandinavian design of the hotel creates a relaxing and comfortable vibe. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and always tidy, there is wireless charging though not fast charging. You can enjoy Netflix movies free of charge. They also provide 2 body towels, several pairs of flip flops and a beach bag, which is super useful if you join Phi Phi Island day tour. 5 mins walk to beach, 15-20 mins walk to Central Patong and Jungceylon shopping malls. Many restaurants in main street and at seaside. 9 mins walk to Four Point Patong Airport bus stop. Food in Eden restaurant is delightful no matter Thai food or pizza, worth to try.

I liked everything there was nothing to dislike

All new and great design very spacious yet cosy and beautifully landscaped. Room service food and beverages were plentiful and always delicious. The breakfast was lovely too. People left reviews saying there was not much option but I am surprised because I thought it was a very good selection. The staff were lovely people and made me want to come again. The walk to Patong beach was only short, 5 mins and so the location was perfect you were not too far from anything but you are not so close to the party side of Patong either, so there was no disturbance.
