There were a few times where the staff was late, missed our order, scheduled wrong times for services. Felt like they were not as focused or attentive as expected from a place in this high standard.

The view is amazing. We stayed at the sky villa and it was great. The food is varied and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful

Seaview from seaside room is very limited.

Everything was stunning! Breakfast was so fresh and had great variety. The rooms were spacious and every last detail was provided for, even the flip flops for the pool and beach. Lovely pool and an expanse of sandy beach almost to yourself. Perfect hotel to chill and relax and just soak up the beauty of your surroundings. All the staff had a big smile making us feel welcome at all times.

These are minor quibbles: overall our stay was outstanding. All beaches have plastic pollution and despite hotel cleaning beach daily there is still plastic :( More live entertainment would have been appreciated - who doesn't like a dance on a holiday?

Lovely suite with sea view; very spacious. Comfortable ++. This hotel has "charm" and "class" - things which cannot be bought! We particularly like the fact that there were not too many guests for the space. Resort manager sees all guests for personal welcome. Warm water in pool shower was a great surprise and welcome! It's usually freezing...

One of the best hotels we ever been in. Everyone really nice, great breakfast and great restaurants. Really great room (junior suite with whirlpool) On top of that not too many rooms so that there was never a shortage of space and sunbeds. Very good service at the pool.

After a few minor hiccups on arrival, mostly outside of the hotel’s control, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate and resolve things for us. The room and resort were absolutely beautiful along with the incredible food. 5* service from all the staff and we will definitely be staying again on our return to Thailand. Max and the manager deserve a particular shout out and thank you for making sure we were well looked after. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The great hospitality from the beginning, the staff is great and here is a shout out to Tar our hero 💕 The room is spacious, perfectly decorated, snacks and drinks (non alcoholic) are free, the pool is amazing, we loved every single detail in this place We couldn’t stay for 2 nights because it was fully booked, but we wanted to enjoy the beautiful beach and here is what they offered us: SO GENEROUS they offered that we stay and enjoy the beach as long as we want, then we could take a shower and change clothes in a so called shower room, it has EVERYTHING but a bed! There were towels, hair dryer, shampoo and a shower gel, the closed the curtains so it will be private! After that we enjoyed a cup of coffee They were so nice till the last second I LOVED everything and I’ll definitely be back in my future honeymoon ♥️♥️

Outstanding breakfast buffet and good food all around. Beautiful resort. Extremely hospitable staff. It's a bit removed from the rest of the city, so there is really no reason to leave unless you are looking for nightlife.

We didn't stay long enough!! We would go back in a heartbeat! Everything about this hotel was flawless.

I booked different rooms on different days with this hotel. This review relates to a large room we had with outside swimming/plunge pool. The room was very large with separate lounge and study area. Well stocked mini-bar. Huge bathroom with twin showers and both internal and external access to the showers from the pool. Bed was enormous. Decor was sublime. Also had a freestanding bath, Read my other review of this location for details of our experience. Two weeks later I am missing this hotel like no other. I would love to go back!
