Sometimes the air-conditioned was not functioning well, but it was very quickly fix by the maintenance team.

Spacious, clean and very practical. Kitchen have sufficient for cooking for small kids. Beds are comfortable to sleep.

When we arrived at 6PM, our room wasn't ready and we waited for an additional half hour for our room to be prepared. Overall staff is quite friendly but seems confused. They almost delay at everything.

The room was huge but we were given a side room partially seeing the lagoon although I reserved an ocean viewing room. The swimming pool is quite big and fun to explore. The beach is very nice and you can reach it with a boat taking off from the pier in the lagoon every 15 mins. Bang tao beach is also one of the best in Phuket.

Couch furniture and pillows were older, worn, had stains. A/C Mini Splits never got the room cool, just "less hot", but never went below 73F or 22-23C No kitchen towels or paper towels, Showers had mold in some parts, and no soap/shampoo in bathrooms.

Close access to pools, lake and beach, were perfect! Rooms are small but cozy and have all the amenities I could ask for. Staff is exceptionally polite and nice at every turn, but some should learn a few more basic words in English ;) However, with translator on our phones, we can ask anything in Thai and they are ready to help.

Same breakfast everyday, although it has a good diversity but still boring for long stays. The staff ability to communicate in English needs improvement, but they friendly and try to help.

Gym was tiny, only one treadmill and in the morning was uncomfortably packed and on three occasions no sweat towels in the sweat towel box.

The staff weren’t overly helpful. The items in the shop were overpriced. We had to wait hours passed check in time to get into our room with no apology. I’d requested a room away from our school and ended up in the middle of the school group, so my request had been ignored. But we had a great time regardless.

The room was great for my friend and I, it had everything we needed. The staff found us a wonderful driver who we ended up using for the rest of our trip.

Great location inside the Laguna Phuket. Close to Boat Avenue which is full of restaurants and has a great night market on fridays. The whole area is pretty and well mainteined. The apartments are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich, theres a few large pools that are all connected. The waiters bring drinks ro the pool. In the period from wedesday to saturday we didnt get our rubbish removed nor did we get new towels and drinking water. We asked for towels on friday, and the rubbish stayed till saturday. We recieved flip flops in the room that we wore to the beach for the full 4 days. We found that to be a lovely detail from a marketing point so we decided to pack them as a souvenir while leaving, considering that we wore them (and they were new when we got them in the room), however, a girl from reception ran after us after checking out and asked us to give them back right as we were about to get in the cab, so i opened to suitcase and returned the flip flops. I told her that they were used but she said they wash them and give them to other guests to use which isnt hygenic so i wouldnt reccommend using them. The menagers should definetly give clearer instuctions about cleaning every other day so that that practice becomes a reality.

Can't say anything bad about the hotel or the rooms itself. We haven't tried the breakfast there, but the restaurant food was mediocre and relatively expensive.

Modern and nice looking apartments in the middle of the Bang Tao beach. It was very easy to reach the beach either by the small boat (every 10 minutes) or by food (10 minutes to go). The beach itself is very clean and well-maintained. We took the rooms with laguna view and it's very nice! The apartment is very good equipped and has a small kitchenette. Very nice staff, good cleaning. You can take a tuktuk to the laguna boat avenue just for 50 baht per person, where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants.

No aircons just vents in common areas in hotel, so it’s extremely hot on reception in elevator and on floors Dirty rooms, no good cleaning service, yes they change linen - that’s all, don’t expect much You can’t find a free sunbed anytime on the beach. Or wake up at 7:00. There are so many other nice places in Laguna Cassia doesn’t worth that money they charge Hotel is truly old, some spots require renovation If guys invest a bit of $$, train staff and improve some other things place could change. Cause location is very good.

-The staff at reception were friendly but not most efficient and at time not very helpful. - The language barrier is a problem for international guests especially with housekeeping - asked for two or three items which never got delivered to my room. -There is no business centre at the hotel which is a shame as they have a conference centre for meetings. -There are no restaurants in the hotel other than Vista where you have breakfast and can get lunch & dinner.

-The location at Laguna area was great because it is close to the 24 hours supermarket and short distances to other hotel resorts and is a short boat ride to the beach. -Breakfast buffet was good but repetitive for guests who plan to stay for more than a week - but the breakfast staff are amazing! -The swimming pools were small but good space for kids. -It is 40 mins to Patong & Central Phuket but they do have shuttle services for drop off and pick up from the resort ( at selected times.) Then it is around 700 - 800 Thai Baht ( one way) if you are to get a taxi back to the resort. -It is a 15 mins walk to go outside of Laguna to visit the restaurants and shops. -It is a family friendly resort so I would not recommend couples to come to the resort if you want to have some personal time.

Quality control of breakfast food is not great - they’d do much better to have less choice and greater quality, and the egg station was so popular you couldn’t get near it! I love the concept of your rooms but actually for comfort the space would be better with more room around the bed and in the bathrooms

Our room was on 5th floor over the breakfast and play area booming loud music until nearly 9:15pm on a Wednesday night..sounds echo up the open floor plan. This made sitting in our living room a nuisance, but we could close the back bedroom door for a more quiet location. Also, it seems the breakfast staff although many, are quickly overwhelmed by keeping up with the coffee machines (beans, milk, grounds emptying) so often stuck without coffee. I struggled to alert staff of situation. IF they had fewer hot dishes but kept them full, it would be better than the very many dishes on warmers that were empty.

beach access very easy via their boat launch across the lagoon, pools were lovely and good quality loungers. We were in a 2br apt style with balcony, which provided good space.

I'm sorry to say full of quite rude Russians. The staff are super friendly but lack English so can't help much with recommendations or advice for surrounding areas. Prices within hotel are on the more expensive side but I guess due to location. Small draft beers start at 150 bht yet you can buy from their minimarket a big bottle 650ml for 110bht but you have to figure this out yourself. 😏

The beds are super luxurious, pillows and duvets too. The free jetty water shuttle to the amazing beach is fab. The views are amazing.

The decor/furniture/fittings in the rooms is worn out, scratched, stained and damaged, although the bathrooms are still pretty good. There is so much cupboard space but it is not practical. It would be better to remove the walls of cupboards to make some room to put suitcases. There is no room for them and you could never use all the cupboards when holidaying.

The location is great and the transfers by boat/shuttle to places nearby are brilliant. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is good. It is a huge buffet breakfast with so many options. It is great to have a hotel that accommodates families without having to book two separate rooms which is often the case in Asia.
