Central location. Attentive staff. Pool facilities. The property offers everything you could need and is walking distance to a host of restaurants cafes bars laundry massage etc on the main street and a 5 min walk to beautiful Ao Nang Beach.

Staff were really nice. A special thanks to hotel staff Phum. This young man is very polite, ever ready to help and goes above and beyond to solve any issues or help the guest may need. I was staying in a room that had a low vibration noise from the walls and upon calling reception, Phum immediately came up to help me. The very next morning he helped me to change rooms . He also helped me with the internet and whatever else I needed for my departure ie: transport and so on. The other staff also helped with organizing one day trips and shuttle buses to their Smart beach branch for swimming. All in all a lovely stay. Breakfast was nice and clean. Variety of fruits might be nice. Thank you.

ThailandIt’s a bit far from the beach. When I checked in, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, but the technician came to fix it so that it turn to works as normal.
The room is quite big, new, and very clean. The pool view is nice with a bar by the pool side. The price is affordable. Overall, it’s a great place and I would stay here again if I come back. The staff are friendly. There are also lot of restaurants options around the hotel.

The room was a great value for your money. The location was close to everything. 10 min walk to the port and the beach.

Staff were very helpful. I actually booked the wrong Blue Sotel and they were able to easily transfer to their sister hotel Blue Sotel SMART which was adults only and better quality (paid extra of course).

United KingdomThe reception staff were not very attentive for a 4 star hotel. The hotel lobby/restraint doesn’t have air conditioning instead doors are open day and night with fans dotted about.
Pool area was really nice, it was a joy to walk into a classic western style hotel, with soft furnishing and decent quality all round. The AC in the room was fantastic! The food was 20% off one afternoon which was nice. The location is excellent, lots of shops and night to have a look through, food and drink everywhere and decent Thai massages fairly priced on your doorstep.
