The hotel located on the top of a hill which it makes it hard for some people to walk back to the hotel. The water in the swimming pool wasn't very clean.

The bungalow we stayed in was starting to sink into the ground on one side which was a bit offsetting. Other than that it’s a nice place, 5 min walk to the beach. You get what you pay for here. Would definitely go back

A green tropical Garden, hosted by a lovely family. Patama and her Team are the best! You immediately feel at home. Nice breakfast, motorbikes for rent, all in all a great place; quiet and peaceful, but still very close to restaurants, Thai streetfood, bars, shops, 7/11 and to the longest beach of Koh Samet.

The hotel is in a good location, close both to the pier and the beach. The bungalows are arranged around a nice and green garden, with different plants, chairs and tables to chill during the afternoon. The individual bungalow are spacious and clean.

The breakfast was nice enough for the price, however there was a lot of flies on the fruit/pancakes. It would be better if they could use the silver containers for all the food to avoid any waste.

The bed was very comfortable which is unusual for Asia. The staff were nice and friendly. The location was good, very close to the beach.

Great value for money. Good location: short walk to beach, bars/restaurants, 7/11 and ferry port. Plenty of taxis nearby if needed. Lovely terrace outside the room which looked out onto a garden.

1. The first thing that caught my eye was that the bathroom was dirty: the sink and mirror had obviously not been washed. The shower was also dirty and smelled bad. 2. The houses are very close to each other, if it was the hightseason and there would be more people it would be uncomfortable and noisy. 3. They cleaned it once a week, but the bath was still dirty. 4. Wi-Fi weak. 5. There is no closet, it is inconvenient to fold things 6. No kettle. 7. The staff hardly speaks English at all. Hostess only.

1. We very liked the location - 7 min walk from Sai Kaew Beach, from the pier too. Lots of good stuff nearby. Buddhist temple too. 2. The house is simple, one might even say ascetic, but in general everything is ok. 3. We were in June - not particularly mosquitoes. 4. There was hot water, air conditioning worked well, refrigerator. 5. Honestly, albeit monotonous breakfast. But there is a lot of food, you do not remain hungry. 6. Nice green area. 6. On the territory pleases the owner's cute dog and cat :-)

The breakfast was a bit too early. It was also too short, it was 8am to 9am. The toilet smelled really bad. It looked nice, but the smell made me forget about all of the good points.

They asked us what we would've liked to have for breakfast. The outer place was very nice and looked really good. It was calm and it had a good vibe to it too.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which should be standard. Breakfast was good but only on from 8-9am. On holiday, we like to have a long lay in, which meant we only got to breakfast on our last day. I would suggest a 2 hour slot from 8-10am.

The location is great and very close to the beech. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were pleasant.

I just wished the power was not out all over the island when we arrived but our stay was fantastic because we were taken cared of by this resort. P' Nu always went out of her way to assist us with our questions and needs and she's amazing. Nothing to dislike or disappoint about this place. 😊

Love the room, the garden and the home feels of this resort. The staff were very nice and efficient with their services. Breakfast was always good. We enjoyed our stay and this place is a gem in Koh Samet which is a very short walk from the pier and great restaurants and bars all over the island.

We were there for 6 nights and the staff asked if we wanted the room cleaned after 4 days. We couldn't bring ourselves to ask for cleaning but would have appreciated to have the floors swept and emptied the bins every other day. The fault is on us though since the staff were eager to help.

Beautiful, quiet location, bungalows placed a few steps back from the main street and a short walk (5 min) to the beach. Very friendly family staff, great small breakfast buffet with variety daily. New towels and bottled water daily.

Breakfast room stuffy, no air con working and full of fruit flys & moskitos (they bited you even when waiting for the coffee water). Next to bungalows lives one of the staff who is welding and sawing all day (loud), wifi horrible (loaded latency higher than 1,5 s) and in the rooms further back not existing. The bungalows are just shets consisting of warped wood which made it easy for spiders and moskitos to enter through the slits (because of many open drain pipes besides and under the property they were everywhere). Bungalows are not well designd, f. i. no electricity next to bed, "wardrobe replacement" above the fridge, toilet door slams shut again and again. Asked for room service, but never cleaned the bottom oder the toilet for 9 days (just water & towels), nobody speaks English.

The cleaning staff didn’t remove trash or dirty dishes (from the provided breakfast) that were left in plain sight on the porch table. I had to ask the staff to remove. Stuff remained on our table for multiple days (unless we removed ourselves). A small lamp on the nightstands would have also been very nice instead of having to use the big overhead lights all the time.

The room was a nice size and was clean and comfortable. The shower always had hot water and good water pressure. The garden area was nice for chilling, as was the bungalow porch. A drying rack was provided, which was nice.
