Very hard to find. Maybe it was us but the signage was not visible.

The location was right in the down town area which made eating and walking to the beach easy.

Nice apartment with big and soft beds. Various breakfast was included! Our room also had a great terrace on the second floor with armchairs and sofa👍 Only 10 minutes walk from the pier and a couple to the beach!

The room doesn't have a window. Only the glass door, that is on the hallway with other rooms. Means if you are staying a bit inside during the hotest hours of the day, you are either keeping the curtains open for day light but exposing yourself to the other guests, or you close the curtains and then you are in the dark. It would be good to find a way to have both day light and privacy.

The location is perfect, in the middle of a street with many restaurants and very close to the beach. Big bed, comfy enough. Clean.

Really nice price-quality ratio, I have been here many times already. Good location at main street, easy to go everywhere. Really comfortable soft beds (older rooms at least, haven't been in newer rooms yet). Simple breakfast also.

The only issue was the mosquitoes down on the ground floor but its Thailand so if the mosquitoes are an issue don't go to Thailand. Simple.

All the staff at this hotel are amazing, my wifes uncle was taken very ill with breathing difficulties whilst here and the staff could not do enough to help us getting him back and to, to the clinic on koh Samed . The kindness they showed will never be forgotten.

AWESOME location on the main road. Super close to the beach, plus all the 7-11s, shops and restaurants etc. Cozy quiet room with comfy beds & mini fridge. Very laid back chill atmosphere. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Helpful friendly staff.

- The lady at the reception sold me a ticket for a 3h trip to visit 6 islands when I asked very specifically to go only to Koh Thalu, so I cancelled when I was about to start the tour. In the end she gave me money back but never apologised, I wasted 1 day of my holidays and will never see Koh Thalu. - The room has never been cleaned, but someone went to unplug my fridge every day. - It was extremely noisy and very hard to sleep. Can hear EVERYTHING from the person next door, especially because there was a dinosaur staying there who made my room shake on every single step he/she took for the whole time I stayed there. It's a nice hotel but not managed very well, thing is on the island there aren't many options...

I didn’t like that the rooms were divided with glass windows. So if next door had their light on then it would shine through to your room. Also the sky light in bathroom. I like to go to sleep in pitch darkness

My room In Particular was by the road side and it could be noisy at times.

Has a nice Boho vibe a bit like something. You might find in Bali. Good location: right in town and very close to the beach; 2 minute walk. My room felt very clean and quite modern. Good size room.

the breakfast was the exact same every day, the food was cold by the time I arrived for breakfast, the rooms do not get cleaned every day which I didn’t like because sand eventually got accumulated all over. the rooms also have super thin curtains and glass windows on the ceiling which made the room super bright in the morning.

the hotel is really cute, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. the location is exceptional and the staff is super friendly.

Beds are a little bit hard and an extra pillow would have been amazing.

The rooms are beautifully decorated. For a 2 star rated property, this hotel is amazing! The location was perfect, many restaurants close, very close to 711, ATM, songthaews and a very short walk to the beach. Staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast was a small buffet with a few choices - eggs, ham, toast, cereal, tea and coffee, fruit (+ congee first day / + pancakes and fried rice on second day) :) We absolutely loved the place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Koh Samed.

Really nice small hotel on main road. Great location, easy to go anywhere. Nice breakfast also now. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Good price-quality ratio. I have been before here also, and will be back later again some day.
