Although I had a little designated area in front of my room for beach and chairs...other guests would take the chairs and sit in front of my room. I paid for the beachfront and the privacy...I wish the other guests (who were not in a beachfront room) would have respected my space, asked to borrow chairs, and relaxed on the beach and not directly in front of my room. I started to feel like I was a guest in the space that I paid for.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I had a beachfront room and loved how the room had its beach area raised above the room...this way i could set out chairs and sunbathe in a little more privacy than directly on the beach.

Room windows especially the bathroom windows are very dirty and broken and ,need replacing.. Bathroom very shabby and dated mouldy and broken tiles. Jacuzzi bath broken. Cobwebs on ceiling that can only.be seen at night . Bedside lights need bulbs changing to warm white very cold and too clinical. . Bed and pillows very hard. Broken and old plastic furniture, broken wood around and under the bungalows. No sunloungers even in premium beach front bungalows . Only cheap plastic stained and broken chairs . This Little resort needs the owners to spend some money on the bungalows and some outdoor furniture. The location right on the beach is superb but it could be a lot better with some TLC

Air con could be better! Very hot during the night. Also we woke up to no water one morning as the power had went out during the night. This did get fixed later that morning but a little annoying.

Lovely beach hut. Stunning beach with lovely restaurants near by. Excellent location for couples.

We booked the room with the sea view, it was perfect. The view is lovely. We appreciated being able to swim in the infinity pool in the other hotel (miami hotel) Notes for improvements? Coffee : Would be great to have kettle and coffee in the room :) Scooters: as staying 5 days we found the price for scooters expensive plus get asked to keep the passports so we booked somewhere else but would have been easier with the hotel itself

There is no restaurant on premises. There is an affiliated hotel called the Miami about 500 meters down the beach where you can get breakfast and acceptable food. Most of the restaurants in the area have closed down or are run only by the families that own the places. Because of the pandemic and the collapse of the tourism industry, none of the resorts or restaurants on Lanta are hiring staff so the service is slow and the quality of the food mediocre for those of us who live in Thailand and know what good Thai food should taste like. The best restaurants can be found across the island in the Old Town, where the food was exceptional in quantity and quality. It was disheartening to see all of the abandoned resorts, restaurants and bars in the beach area, but life will return with more tourists.

The rooms were clean if spartan and all of the 10 rooms were within about 20 meters of the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the laundry service we used was fast (drop off in the morning and it was returned in the evening). The rooms were equipped with a small refrigerator so you could buy some food and have it in your room. The Internet was acceptable for e-mail and social media purposes. The a/c worked well and was cool. There is a porch on every room with two chairs and a small table where you can sit and watch the sunset. But don't expect anything more, which you shouldn't for the very low price you need to pay. The place is very good value for the price.

the room is very dark both because of the dark wood and poor lighting. because of that the vibe was a bit gloomy. the staff doesn’t speak communicative English so it was a bit of a struggle.

Beautiful location, quiet beach with lots of food options. Very peaceful. The room/bungalow was very clean, simple, and had everything needed. Lovely to have breakfast on the terrace with a sea view. Right on the beach!

Everything! The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and quite a lot and delivered to your door. The location is great, everything important (scooter rentals, restaurants, 7/11, laundry…) is in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and clean and you have the sunset right in front. The beachfront room is lovely and the hot tub amazing. You can use the pool and restaurant from the Miami hotel as well, which was great.

The only thing which was not so perfect was hard mattress on the bed. But I slept always very well so at the end it was not so big problem. I also missed nightstands.

Accommodation exceeded our expectations. - First of all the staff was really nice and helpful, you can book everything in the reception - motorbike, speedboat/ferry to another destinations, daily trips, laundry (smelled very nice). - Breakfast was served every morning at the time we've chosen directly to our terrace and it was delicious. - Cleaning was done daily and the whole room including bathroom was always very clean. - I must highlight small details provided which I really appreciated - each bungalow has straw beach mat and beach bag with beautiful hand-painted Baan Pakgasri logo, it was so cute! Also outside shower and water hose in front of each bungalow was handy to wash yourself from sand before you enter bungalow. - The whole area was just beautiful - a lot of plants, sea view and the sound of the waves, it was just amazing. - The big plus is also Klong Nin beach, it's one of the best and calm beaches in Koh Lanta. Definitely will stay here again when we'll return to Koh Lanta.
