Well, I booked the sea view room. It was great, no complaints about the room except that it was on the 4th floor with NO elevator. I'm a fit 67 year old and going up and down for six nights was no problem, but if you don't like stairs don't select the sea view room.

Excellent hotel near everything you need to enjoy a relaxing hotel. Two minute walk to the beautiful beach, fabulous big pool to laze in, good restaurant at hotel with reasonable breakfast selection. Nearby are many restaurants, lots of shoping. Easy to arrange tours to wherever you want to go. Hard to find anything to complain about. We love Ao Nang and we loved this hotel.

The problem is that the buildings are getting tired and it is evident that the owners are not spending enough money on the upkeep of the buildings and surrounds. That is a pity as it is in a very good location and the staff are excellent. the pool is a pleasure to swim in and the staff are very attentive in keeping it clean and properly treated.

The airconditioning wasn't the best but when you're in the water all day that doesn't matter, we also didn't have any hot water but it didn't really bother us

The place was great but didn't have the same vibe as the other hotel we stayed at (and which was half the price). The staff also wasn't as welcoming as in the other hotel. Breakfast could have had a bigger choice of local hot dishes but the egg station was great. It really didn't live up to our expectations considering the money we paid so we wouldn't stay there again but it wasn't bad at all. Just simply not enough music for the money...

The direct access to the pool straight from the villa was fantastic, the pool itself was great. The hotel is very close to the beach but if you are accommodated near the street you won't get any sleep. The breakfast buffet could have a bigger choice of hot meals considering how much the stay was but the restaurant itself has a big choice of meals and the room service was great. Plus the cleaning lady's towel folding skills were awesome :)

We always stay in the pool access villas, which is a great way to unwind after a long day island hoping or shopping. Great location and very good value for money. TV's are a bit small with only local channels to select from, but at the end of the day we are not there to watch TV. :)

The tv in the room was all in Thai and did not have English speaking shows , most of the guest in the hotel spoke English. The staff did change the tv for me to a tv that had Utube movies The breakfast needed more variety ,i rate the breakfast 7 out of ten.

We had a pool side room ,witch was fantastic and would defiantly book one again. the room was very comfortable. and bed was nice.

The air conditioning in the room we stayed in was very poor, we couldn’t get the temperature in the room below 30 degrees which was horrendous when trying to sleep, my wife had lay on the room floor to try to cool down during the nights, may have just been that one room but will find out on our return for another week next week

Clean tidy large rooms, friendly staff when you can communicate with them, some staff have good English some don’t, hotel is very close to all bars and restaurants, pool area is great and it’s only a couple of mins walk to the beach

We have been in Thailand many times in many places, unfortunately, we first met with a small willingness of the reception staff (except for a young man) rather fake and sprouty smiles and with the boss of the reception desk with complete reluctance and cold. The night of the young men's party at the pool right next to the reception and then on the floors of the hotel without notice, even though they had to wake up the whole hotel. Unfortunately, the reception service must be evaluated wrongly - reluctance and bad management of the reception is projected into the mood of the whole staff of the reception and ruins the impression of the hotel.
