“The staff (esp Kokai(?sp)) at the reception desk was amazing. She greeted us warmly from the day of arrival and remembered our intended travel plans such as bamboo rafting and night market. She personally showed us around to our room. It felt to be an extremely personalised service throughout our 3 day stay and she spoke EXCELLENT english. The resort itself was very comprehensive - gym, swimming pool, pool bars, restaurants, great wifi, sunbeds and activities classes. I felt like the whole experience was deserving of 5 stars. We did not run into issues of towels reserving sunbeds etc mentioned in other comments but we did go during the low rainy season (June) and the hotel wasn't full. The beach felt private. The breakfast was decent with hot food options!”
