Use of sauna was not included in the price. Could be noisy on the weekends as crowds party till late so sleeping with open windows may keep you awake. Also the cathedral on the other side of the lake starts ringing bells at 6 am and continues every 15 minutes until late. But both are not the hotel’s fault

Amazing location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Direct access to the lake. The swimming pool was stunning and is definitely a great activity.

Staff attitude at lounge/bar is poor and off-putting. All bar staff tended to be very abrupt and came across as rude. They do not specialise in good customer service nor do they help with a smile, you really are left to your own devices! They do not even bring your drinks to your table, they make you stand & wait while they make them and take them yourself. Never have we experienced this anywhere else, and we have travelled many places!

Location was perfect, room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.. Reception staff were helpful when asked for information.

Air conditioning on the top floor could be more efficient. The design of the room interior won't allow to store too many things, but this is only a slight inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is special, right on the lake shore with a direct view to the castle on the cliff. The room is standard for a 4-star hotel with option of having lakeview for additional fee. Our request for a baby cot was fulfilled without any issues. We really appreciate it. The employees looked and behaved nicely, were incredibly supportive if we had questions. It is good to see that the employees in the restaurant are since years the same, friendly people serving us guests with a smile on their faces. The breakfast is over the top in all manners. You can find whatever You desire - we loved the waffles and the pancakes ;)

The camp bed for a 10 year old was simply not fit for purpose. We put his age on the booking but the bed was awful. He could not sleep on it....

Shower drain was slightly blocked so bathroom floor started flooding if on for longer than 5 mins. There was an ant infestation in the bathroom too.

View over lake bled was incredible! Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. Beds were comfortable.

That as guests you had to pay extra to use the sauna! Should be free for guests; €14 per person is a lot! And you have to pay extra to park you car in a hotel car park! Should be free for guests.

The hotel is pricy which would be fine as it is a great hotel but then on top of that price they charge everything as an extra. Parking is not free. You need a baby cot? It's 10 euros per day. You want to drink water while eating dinner? It will cost you. The sauna is also not free and the list goes on.

The hotel is in the best location on Bled, with the most amazing view, friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are in an excellent condition, kept very clean and very tidy. The pool on the fifth floor is extremely clean and offers the most amazing views of the Bled lake. The bird song in the morning while watching the lake is so relaxing. The whole family loved our stay at this hotel and we'll gladly return here.

Sauna could be included in the price of the room, although 14 EUR for a 2-hour session is acceptable.

Lake view (although the price is higher than a 'normal' room, breakfast, comfortable bed. Balcony is nice with two small chairs and the small table. Staff is very kind, easy-going and friendly. +1: amazing view from the wellness (sauna) area on the top floor!

If you visit lake Bled you cannot do better than this hotel. Location, view and terrific room-plus-a wonderful breakfast. It can’t get better than this
