There is always something to improve. But I would say for this price not much. Perhaps the TV service may include more channels as well as english and germain. Some information booklets /leaflets could be usefull for promotion purpose.

There was no breakfast requested. The coffee table is excellent idea. Good parking and easy to find. The area isnice and quite. The staff was ready for any assistance. The noisy dog in the next room around 22.00 hrs was taken care of after our notice.

We received a friendly reception and got a bigger room than we had booked. There's a large parking area available. The location is rather quiet.

The bed was quite small and the linen not very clean. The curtains were not blinding.

The size of the room was great. Nice bathroom and there is a possibility to use a fridge and make coffee and tea.

It smelled very bad in the room, a combination between mold and chlorine. The bathroom is veeery small. The air conditioning not working properly.

It is OK for one night, being on a road trip. Big private parking. Very nice host.

After we had answered the landlady on the check-in that we wouldn't need breakfast, we never saw her again until the check-out... but we even didn't need her anyway... The window had frosted glass so the room was a litlle darker in the morning and then we couldn't see the actual weather until we open the window..., One night lamp didn't work. The TV-set had only 5 channels (all Slovenian, out of which one had local folk music only).

Very convenient location on the hub of two roads to Nova Gorica and Italy as well as to the south (Trieste). For a week of our stay we learned more about the turbulent co-existence of two different nations (Italian and Slovenian) for the past 100 years (though the classic Iron Curtain didn't exist around Yugoslavia), so the area is certainly worth of a longer stay. The room had all advertised items except hairdryer shared with others on the upper floor, also the fridge with more (3) shelves was inside the room (not shared), however there was no freezer so our second cooled bottle of water became warm outside later in the afternoon.., excellent wifi, good and wide+long enough doublebed with two duvets (not just one like in many other countries) with comfortable pillows. Our towels were changed after the third night. Very quiet+ safe neighbourhood with parking spaces, and the restaurant downstairs seemed to work till about sunset only(?); absolute unbeatable price/quality

A somewhat deserted environment on the edge of the settlement. Big building with few guests. The owner has an unusual style.

The accommodation is correct. Suitable for people passing through. Quiet place.

1) There are no shelves in the bathroom for storing shampoos, gels, deodorants and other cosmetics. Putting these accessories in the cabinet under the sink is very inconvenient. 2) Uncomfortable mattress (my back was very sore). 3) It's a long way to the supermarkets (you need to go by car, but it wasn't a problem for us).

A little cramped but cozy room, equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator. Caring hostess. The apartment is located near Gorizia, Nova Gorica and the Socha River Valley.

The location is on a secondary road in a little village, so in the night the silence is top. The room is large and i found it very clean. The jacuzzi hydromassage tub works perfectly and is a good extra reason to choose this place. The staff is gentle and easily available. And finally the price is good, considering the offer.
