There was a day we had erratic power cuts and it affected connectivity, which i was heavily dependent on since i had work conference calls.

The location was very convenient, it is close to all important sites and a walking distance from the CBD

The breakfast is a bit simple. My main door locked only with key, otherwise stayed slightly open (which is not what you want with mosquitos).

Close to the "city center", which, however, is not what corresponds to a "western city center" with many restaurants, pubs etc. (this is in a different part of town, to get there you should take a taxi). But a few bars and restaurants (and many "institutions") are in walking distance. I never felt unsafe. The bar is open until ~23.00h.

All staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms are small but very clean and recently renovated. The best perk is the 24/7 access to the kitchen area with a coffee machine and a water cooler! That was amazing!

Lovely small hotel in the business centre of Kigali. Its very green, clean and quite. Reasonably priced for the area. Room was spacious and breakfast was a good.

Kitchen was not open 24 hours. Airconditioning not a standard for all rooms.

Food actually great. The 3 course meal offer was nice. Room rate was adjusted quite easily since the expected room was not given. Central. Easy to get to town. Furniture and colour balance in the rooms were perfect for me.

Breakfast can improve. There is an expensive Jura coffee machine promised to make great coffee but it requires a bit more attention. Most of the time it begs for water, cleaning, or milk container is empty. Keeping it in shape for 4 hours per day should be easily doable. Not relevant to the hotel but the daily haggle with taxi drivers over the price was a bit annoying. Maybe the hotel can have some trusted drivers that offer fair fixed prices in which they can always call them.

The staff are the best part of the hotel, they are super helpful and friendly. I really liked the view from the room and the location is quite central within walking distance to downtown. Beds are comfortable and you are provided with bottled water daily making life easier.

Conducive environment, located in a highly protected area with peace. There are also friendly staff at the hotel reception and restaurant. Good chef and kitchen staff. Most importantly the CEO William is friendly and moves around trying to solve problems of clients and customers to be happy

The staff was brilliant, always kind and available, anticipating needs over waiting for a request. The food of the restaurant is simly amazing, and menu changes every day. The rooms are clean, comfy and the overall enviuronment is peaceful and relaxing.
