The fact that smoking is allowed in the restaurant is not acceptable. The corridors and the rooms smelt like cigarettes too.

The receptionist kindly moved me to a quieter (better) room as there was a noisy function being held there, they promptly repaired a few small issues in the room and even found my misplaced room key! What could have been a tough experience became a joy. Thanks

Good self-serve breakfast in a pleasant hotel. You cannot be more central in Kragujevac next to a wonderful city park. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant, as well as a great bar attached to the complex. Parking is spacious and in front of hotel which for a central location is not always a given. Staff is very attentive, especially manager Saša is very friendly and always helping with the smallest of issues that appear. A truly wonderful gentleman. Wi-Fi worked very well and great price-performance. Hotel is also very kid friendly. Will definitely visit again!

Great location in the center of the city, secured parking lot in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very good, mostly pastery. They were very kind to provide us with a meeting room (with all necessery equipment) on a very short notice. Internet is great.

Worth for its location and value for the money. And on top of that you have free parking in the city centre for the duration of the stay. Top floor restaurant gives a great view of the city. Staff is very friendly and professional.
