“Despite the rather high price, we cannot recommend this hotel enough - it was the best hotel and overall experience we have ever had.
We payed a little bit more but will always remember our great stay here!
We stayed with a 1-year old in two different rooms during our stay: Ocean View Boat and Pool Access Room (both with Level Access).
We highly recommend the „regular“ pool access rooms!
+ Loop Pool is amazing and like a tourist attraction on its own
+ Water/maritime theme is awesome, there is water everywhere and you can walk through shallow water on your way through the hotel area
+ The Level is really nice even though we also tried the regular breakfast buffet and it is great as well
+ Great beach for kids, especially during low tide
+ Great for kids in general (two different kids rooms for different ages, pool/water play area, kids program)
+ Several beach restaurants nearby
+ Really good hotel spa/massage service (even though quite expensive)
+ Even though it was close to fully booked during our stay, it never felt crowded because the hotel layout is so well thought through”

“The property is vast and luxurious. It is a haven within Phuket with plenty of greenery and a pretty clean beach. The architecture the designs the rooms are all very enticing and splendid.”

Good pool, plenty of sun loungers, natural shade from trees but have to move with sun if you want shade (if you can get a bed)
