“The owner was so lovely and accommodating. We were meaning to arrive at 6pm but were running late and didn't arrive until 9pm. This was no problem at all and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was spotless and had tea,coffee and milk with mugs/glasses and a kettle within the room. The bathroom was also spotless and shower was working perfectly.
We paid a small fee for parking at the accommodation which we were very grateful for as it is advertised as no parking (as space can't be guaranteed) so we were expecting to pay for local parking which would have been much more expensive!
Check out was easy - you just drop your keys into a little box on the way out.
Very close to the centre - was only 5 minute walk but far enough away that its a quiet street.
We had been camping for a few days and a rest at The Lighthouse was exactly what we needed.”
