“Barceló Raval Hotel in Barcelona offers guests an intriguing experience in the heart of a cosmopolitan neighborhood, which, although attractive, is not perceived as the safest. Guests can expect a warm welcome upon arrival, which is a good start to the stay.
Culinary experiences at the hotel begin with decent breakfasts featuring Spanish accents, however, the lack of information about the possibility of ordering additional meals from the kitchen may be a slight oversight. The communal spaces of the hotel are interestingly designed, which may evoke mixed feelings but definitely adds character to the place.
A special attraction is the rooftop bar on the 11th floor, offering a panoramic view of Barcelona. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and admire the city from above.
The hotel rooms are modern and well-equipped, with most necessary amenities such as a hair dryer and clothes steamer, though the absence of some items, like facial tissues, might be noticeable.”

“EVERYTHING! As you drive up to the hotel, you know you’re somewhere special… it’s set in beautiful surroundings, an enticing pool, lovely little bar/restaurant and gorgeous lounge area. The decor of the place is impeccable and feels luxurious in an approachable way. Our room was beautiful and we loved the fact that there is a kitchen building to make stuff for yourself plus every room has a proper fridge. To top it all off - Ramon is the kindest and friendliest person and made us feel so at home. It’s a perfect location to go into the mountains, many hikes, old villages and the sea. We wish we stayed for longer and hope we can return- it’s a very special hotel.”
“It was clean and had a good communal space but beyond that- this place was a huge disappointment. Overpriced for what it is- and especially because we were there off season and the whole area was a ghost town- nothing was open!”
