The hotel is brand new, stylish and full of thoughtful amenities and features. The rooftop restaurant and pool area has a beautiful view and the staff are equally wonderful. The rooms are super comfortable and beautiful and have sweet positive affirmations as decor. I really liked the the power outlets also have USB and USB-C ports which is very convenient for international travelers. Very close to loads of wonderful eateries and walkable to all the attractions in town.

In the room it was always a bit cold, but it was easily fixed by AC. Also there were no windows which could be opened to get fresh air.

The service at the terrace was in consistent and felt preferential. The breakfast food was pretty good overall, the coffee was not the best. They could not handle the volume and every one was trying very hard to make it better.

Clean, modern hotel, still with character in its colour schemes. Lovely rooftop restaurant and terrace with pool. Rooms comfortable and well-appointed. Staff welcoming and helpful - very keen to do their best. We had a little problem at one point and they couldn’t do more to right things - full marks. The hotel is a little away from the tourist crowds, and very near a major metro station. Great location

Check-in was ridiculously slow. Look it is 3pm, everyone is arriving so at least put two people on reception to deal with the expected arrivals. It took at least 10 minutes. We booked a twin and offered complementary room coffee and water, this equated to one coffee capsule and one small bottle of water for a two people. I thought this was a 4 star hotel. Penny pinching at a different level.

Breakfast was phenomenal and the roof terrace with small pool was a great space for cocktails in the evening.

Pool was refreshing but some people might find it a bit too cold!

Staff were incredibly friendly; good sized room with comfortable bed; stylish rooftop with pool. A couple of mins to Trinidad metro and Mercado do Bolhão and easily walkable to são Bento station and timeout market (less than 10 mins). Great location without being in the hustle and bustle all the time. Loved the hotel decor!

We spent the night before our return flight in a Petit double room. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast buffet is lovingly arranged with many local specialties. On the 5th floor there is a restaurant with a wonderful view of the city. You can have a nice meal here. The location is very central, only about 5 minutes to the Trindade metro station from where you can go to the airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Walls between the rooms are very thin unfortunately and one could hear pretty much everything going on in the next room, which has the potential to disrupt the sleep easily.

The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood, close to both one of the main metro stations (connecting to main train station and the airport) and the heart of the city. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, functional and spotless clean. The shower area was big, the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. There was no noise from the outside since my room was overlooking the inner yard, which the staff had arranged beforehand upon my request. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of varities, the staff were always helpful. Rooftop restaurant/bar had great views and service. Definitely would stay here again.

Working hours on roof bar could be longer in the evening.

Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the staff who welcomed us. The lady at the reception put lot of efforts to organize accommodation for our daughter who was not announced. We read in the reviews that the breakfast is good. It's not good, it's excellent. The staff on the roof bar was also very friendly.Longer working time on rof bar.

We enjoyed the hotel!

It was a new hotel, all amenities were fantastic & the staff were very helpful. The breakfast offered a really good selection. Highly recommended. However, just be aware that the location is slightly away from the river. Thus, it makes for a good uphill walk. However, if needed, ubers are pretty inexpensive, and the hotel is definitely away from the busy touristy areas that suited our party of 6.
