The woodwork in the bathroom needs restoration

There was no kettle to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room, which would've been very welcome after walking all day before heading out for dinner. Also I could hear the following in the room next door when they went for showers, flushing the toilet and running the water from the bathroom taps after midnight. Not that I'm saying folk can't go for showers or flush the toilet after midnight, but maybe the hotel could look at the soundproofing between bathrooms and the next door bedrooms.

It was a good central location and the bed was very comfortable, which helped to have a good sleep after walking all day

Some coffee! It says it has an espresso machine on each floor but doesn’t. A kettle and coffee facilities in the room would be good.

Room size is quite small, but manageable. would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our water cool during the hotel days, but not a deal breaker.

Good hotel. The hotel has a great location close to trains, bus and trams. It wasn't a far walk from anything. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The staff were friendly.

Great location in old downtown Lisbon and only a short walk from a wide choice of excellent restaurants. Room was clean, comfortable and pretty quiet considering the city location. Breakfast was simple but they did offer freshly cooked eggs any style which was a nice touch. Special mention to the fact that the reception is manned 24h a day which is vital if your flight doesn’t get in until midnight like ours did. Overall a really good place to stay, simple, comfortable and in a good location.

It was a little in down in the bathroom (like damage to the bathroom floor and a broken toilet seat). Also, the room had a general bad smell, but sewerage-y during our whole stay. However they were experiencing very high rainfall which might have been the reason (?).

Excellent staff - super friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location! The actual room was great too - good storage for clothes and belongings as well as being nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. Windows had shutters which shut out the light well.

Needing to climb TWO flights of stairs was not what we expected after asking if there is an elevator. There is indeed an elevator, but it doesn't stop on the exact floor!

The room was very loud, we could hear our neighbours doing shower and oyher stuffs. The breakfast was not various. But for a short stay, everything was good

The walls were a little thin and I could hear the voices of those in the neighbouring room, however this was during the day so it didn’t cause any issues for me.

The property was lovely. The staff were super helpful and friendly and took my bag early as I arrived at 10am the day of check in. I was then able to check in early around 2. The location is perfect and it was easy to access everything. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was also free water in the room.

The location of the hotel is very good. If you are more demanding about the accommodation conditions, do not choose the Cozy double room (it is smaller and the view is not the most pleasant).

One or two nights we heard some noise from the other rooms since the walls are sharing. And there is one day the house keeping didn’t do anything in the room.

Great location, very nice staff too, especially Prado (If I remembered correctly) is very welcoming us in the midnight and showed us some good spots for restaurants and touristy.
