The hotel is pretty nice and at a very nice location on a pedestrian-only street. The room was of a good size and nicely decorated. As with many hotels in Portugal, there is not enough space for clotes but that was maybe the only semi-negative thing (again, that situation sems to be very common at the price range). Personel at the reception were extremely nice and very helpful, that was denfinitely outstanding. Even though it's on a very popular street the hotel is very quiet at night. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

the coffee machine was broken the last day - had to go look for coffee somewhere else, but there are a bunch of places steps away from the hotel.

Facilities are very well maintained Location is unbeatable! super centric and safe specially for solo female travellers Breakfast was very varied and tasty Staff --> they were super friendly and helpful providing suggestions about the city. Special s/o to Allary and Angela :) The staff made my stay even better. Wifi connection very stable.

The showing area of the bathroom design is pretty bad. The floor inside and outside of the showing area becomes flooding whenever the big shower head on the top is used. Kind of annoying.

Location is very convenient, close to metro station and many popular spots. Staff speaking flurant English is very friendly and helpful. Thanks. Bedding is comfortable.

The hotel has neither its own car park nor a discount system in nearby car parks. But this only matters for those travelling by car.

Taxi service is very expensive, they charged 37 euro to get the taxi to the airport and if you uber is only 13 euro. And i think is overcharged . So dont ask for any taxi.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is amazing! Before the departure they texted me on whatsapp and they were very nice and friendly i felt welcomed even before arriving there , for my birthday they left a card for the wishes and they made it special!! The hotel is very clean and smell nice! The room is tiny but comfortable for 2 people is perfect! You will also find a lot of amenity in the room, and looks like they are little gifts … and thats nice!!! I will definitely raccomand this hotel!

Location is great, 2min walk from metro station, 5min walk from shops like Zara walkable to many nearby locations. The room is fresh and clean and has bright lights. The kettle and coffee is a nice gesture.

The only thing that was missing was more light in the shower. My room was wheelchair accessible, maybe that was why but as soon as I closed the shower curtain, I couldn't see much anymore as the very dark shower curtain blocked out most of the light. I had to close it though as otherwise I would have had a swimming pool in my bathroom :)

Wonderful experience! The location was great, very convenient to get to the airport and also within walking distance of many sights, interesting areas and a lovely coffee shop (My Coffee Porto). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the unique decor - my room had the famous bridge wallpaper - and the little reminder notes throughout the room. For me it was more than "just a place to sleep" - although I did sleep very well in the comfy bed. As it was centrally located it was easy enough to return to the hotel during the day to take a little break before heading out to explore the city further again.
