Nothing so far. The pool might need more adequate cleaning but still OK and absolutely day saver for the exhausted folks and sun lovers.

Stayed there between 3-19 July 2024 with my sons aged 8 and 15 y.o. Everything was the same as those shown on the photos. Great location, wonderful view over the marina from the balcony, comfy rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom utencils (clean and superb condition), powerful AC (2×), the pool, free garage under the building. The location; yes again. The facility is in a very privileged part of the town: isolated from the over-active and crowded old center by a 15 min. walk. The flat enjoys the cool breeze and silence at nights Special thanks to Mr. Andre! He helped us with full professionalism and patience literally at any time we needed and made us feel like real guests. Obrigado carissimo Andre + abraço. And thanks to Mr. Rui as he started mailing us warmly right from the 1st minute of the reservation (2 months before the arrival) and kept updating us during the course of time. Thank you Mr. Rui.

Great location, super clean and plenty of space exactly like picture on booking.com . Toiletries and hair dryer and iron , kitchen Fully equipped even though we didn’t use , would definitely stay again as super clean and great facilities , lovely view over the marina, pool area nice but again didn’t use

We were there mid-February and I was concerned about what would be open at the Marina. There were a good number of restaurants open and boat trips still being offered. Distance was a short walk into Old Town, about 15-20 minutes. Lots of restaurants open in Old Town.

Not a fault as such but no cupboard space for food, it was a smaller kitchen to others we have stayed in.

We had a slight issue with alarm in kitchen - however it was dealt with straight away, you can never moan about an alarm going off or complain about it. It was just a fault and they left me wine and cakes for the kids which wasn’t necessary

I’ve stayed many times in Albufiera. This location was perfect for me travelling solo with 2 young kids. Lots of space, kids had the bedroom I used huge pull out sofa, location great, very secure

spotless great location. beach towels are provided. cleaner comes in two or three times depending on how long your stay is for. Pedro lovely man. meet and great went out of his way to make sure all good.

A lovely well equipped apartment with fantastic marina views. Only 15/20 minutes walk into the Old Town. Communication with the owner was excellent from the minute I booked it. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The apartment had everything you needed fantastic location, would I stay again, yes definitely.

Can not fault this place, everything you needed was there for, they even got me milk, water, coffee , orange juice and biscuits for my arrival as I was arriving later after my flight.

Having to come home!

We had a great week's holiday in Albufeira due in no small part to our stay in this lovely apartment. It was bright, airy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with brilliant views. Everything we needed to make a holiday enjoyable was available in the immediate vicinity, while the old town of Albufeira was a short picturesque walking distance away. All the tour boats left from the harbour below the apartment. In short we can't wait to go back.

swimming pool area very narrow around the pool with a 20 month old baby + no childrens pool … balconies not safe for toddlers but was soon rectified by the owner who was very attentive to anything we asked for ….

We loved everything about the apartment, the location and the staff.

There was nothing that we didn't like! Pedro was exceptional, nothing felt like it was too much trouble.

I didn’t like the fact that I for certain left my wallet in the apartment as I used it the night before leaving and realised I left it once I shut the door. They claimed they never found a wallet as it had a substantial amount of euros in it!!

Noisy above apartment

Spotless .lovely position overlooking marina nice balcony nicely furnished .lovely clean pool ,but unfortunately we had a noisy family above us not the fault of owners but he compensated us which was nice altogether a nice stay

Table and chairs on the balcony are not like on the picture - it would be nicer with a smaller ones so that you can sit close to each other. The TV is kind of small but there was not much time to watch it 😀

Great location and view from the balcony, underground parking with an elevator directly to the floor, nice and professional staff, clean and tidy apartment, short walk to the city centre.
