The apparyment was shabby, not properly cleaned (I had to clean the toilet seat), lacked basic things like soap on the bathroom sink. It looks much nicer on the photos than in real life. A strange system, where you have to activate the power with the key card sleeve, so you can't keep the key in the door. Also when walking in the room at night, you have to lock the door in complete darkness and then activate the power switch.

The location is great: just a few minutes from the train station. Had everything needed. I asked for a mineral water and they prepared for me.

The stairs to the top floor in the appartment were dangerous!! Wouldnt reccomend to anyone to sleep up there if they didnt have to. Not safe

Lovely old building, very central. Near the main square as we were doing Xmas market trip. Also very near a huge shopping centre.

Could have provided more teabags, but it was not a problem for the staff when I asked for some more. Would benefit from larger cups/mugs (for us English tea drinkers) and also some wine glasses. Property is a little dated but good value for money.

Staff very welcoming and helpful and the apartment block was staffed 24/7. Apartment was warm and comfortable and in a fantastic location, a short walk to the Old Town. The staff were really helpful before our visit and booked airport transfers and trips (Auschwitz and Salt Mines).

Poorly equipped - no cutlery and tableware at all. Good for 1 night stay, but not more. Strong curry chicken smell from Indian restaurant down the street.

The location is perfect for those who travels by train. 2 min from Central railway station and Shopping mall. 5 min walk to the city center. 24/7 reception desk with very helpful personnel. The building is cool with the elevator and stairs in the center.

Hot water in shower only lasted for 30 seconds at a time. Heaters were very finicky and once they turned off they often wouldn't turn back on again. Wifi only worked standing in the hallway.

Location is spectacular. We have stayed here several times and it cannot be beat for location. Quieter than in Old Town where it's loud and full of partiers, but super close and easy to get to every location. So easy to reach from the train station. There is a convenience store, many restaurants, and a huge mall at your doorstep. The layout of the apartments is always really good for families. Multiple single beds, tons of space! Desk clerk was friendly and efficient.

In our apartment the WIFI did not work only if you are close to the front door. The Dishwasher did not work.

Nothing that I didn’t like it was just not my type of hotel. Very oldie worldie. But that’s just my preference. I like something a bit more modern.

Some curry smell in the lobby and stairs, but it is not a big issue while entering the apartment.

The location is great. It is close to train station and old town. We can leave luggage for store after check out. The space in apartment is big. It is comfortable to stay here.

A coffeemaker in the room with coffee would have been nice. The hotel is showing its age but is still fine.

The layout of the rooms is not great. Our bed was in a sort of mezzanine so we had no privacy. The space was also extremely hot and the air conditioning system was too loud to keep on at night. Note that it was about 22 degrees outside so it wasn't just the hot weather. The stairs leading to the mezzanine were more like a ladder! We were climbing up and down sideways while firmly holding onto the rails - it was very inconvenient going to the bathroom at night or early in the morning!

Location was excellent. Staff were great and very helpful - they attended to all our wishes!

The location of the property was excellent, 7minutes walk from train station, close to Old Town, very convenient overall. Room was clean, had everything what we needed. The only disadvantage-lack of a working dishwasher
