We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Easy to get here from the airport (one bus that was a couple pound per person, if you're from abroad it is the bus 106 from the airport and you buy a ticket at a machine). The apartment has green glass to help identify it as well as a little reading gnome outside (enjoy finding these!). The apartment was spacious and clean with all we required.

United KingdomThe check in instruction did not state it clearly where to collect the keys. The security office did not have 'Just apartments' logo. It took me a bit of walking round the block until I eventually came across a security person who sent me in the right direction. *********The security office has a glass front wall with green glass/plastic ornaments. ********* Not easy to find the right apartment in the big complex at first. However, once you find it, it's easy to get back to it. The company's office is off site. We had to leave money for the car park in the apartment on leaving. No confirmation of recite have been provided to me, even though I had requested it. Cleanliness could be better - found lots of hair and dust in the bathroom drawers.
Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment in central location. Secure parking for 40 PLZ/day. Good wi-fi.

PolandA couple of days there was a bit of disturbance from the flat above - a moderate noise between 0 to 3 am at night. But this just a lottery and I did not bother lobby staff with the issue to solve it. Just a suggestion to make the instruction more structured or better with drawing :) Although, if you read carefully - the instructions to find an appartment and a car park underground were precise and correct.
Excellent location, comfy bed, absolutely clean (I have allergy to dust, so recognizing issues immidiately :) It was warm, a heated floor in both bathroom and the hall! A shower was with thermostatic regulation. All devices are operational: washing machine, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dish washer. And much care taken to have all the consumables for a week stay. Specious for 1-2 persons, a desk with 3 comfy chears. WiFi was superb. Noise insulation from the street was very good.
