I heard voices talking and screaming from the corridor while having rest in my room. I asked for a wake up call at 1am, but did not receive one. The tv was unplugged so I needed assistance which the hotel immediately responded. I saw guests at the lobby while one of the children lying down on the couch, so unethical! No newspapers available.

The staff are efficient and friendly. The cafe served good and reasonable-priced food. I was assisted to get a car through Grab.

Their restaurant was terrible. Very limited choices for a buffet breakfast. The lunch and dinner menu did not exist. When I went to lunch, I was told by they had no appetizers and no salads, even though their was a good selection on the menu. They only had one soup and only one sandwich. I spoke to the manager and was told their were problems with their suppliers. The hotel was pretty booked. every time I went in and of the hotel, I did not notice any customers during lunch and dinner hours. I understand why Very sad.

The hotel staff could not be more accommodating. Extremely helpful. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was like a one bedroom apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. The have a small pool, but I did not swim during my stay. Fast elevators.

This time there was no offer via booking.com to include breakfast. We were disappointed with this as it increased the price of the entire stay. I think “breakfast included” is a good marketing strategy.

We have stayed here many times when transiting to other locations in the Philippines or SE Asia. The setting is charming, rooms are comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff were so helpful and friendly! The location is good and within an easy taxi ride from the airport, rooms are basic but they have everything you need. Great shower!

There are some lights in the room that is not functioning. Also the internet is a bit slow.

I did not get the right bedroom configuration. They provided 2 single beds instead of a standard queen. It was stated in my booking for couple of weeks. They had plenty of time to reserve that room for that day. There was no notification from the hotel staff. I was surprised when I opened my room. And there was no option. They said the hotel is fullybooked. I just can't sleep when there's another empty bed beside me. It gives me the creeps. So I called my friend to accompany instead. Apologizing will not suffice if it's the hotel's mistake.

Love the pool area. So peaceful and relaxed. The hotel itself is perfect to getaway from the busy city even your in the city. The trees surrounding the hotel made it more you're outside the city proper.

toiletries were not readily in the bathroom; busted water heater for the shower -- housekeeping details that could have been checked before we arrived as we checked in late (10 pm). not our first time to stay so it's sad that this time it is not as good as our previous stays.

The air conditioning in the room was noisy and inefficient.

A large room and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It is an old mansion type building with all of the advantages and foibles that go with that.

Wifi is not properly working.. Noisy guests shouting in the wee hours of june 17 and nobody from the hotel staff called their attention

it has been a quarantine hotel and still is. the restaurant that we always enjoy was not open for breakfast buffet. there was no ice available on site. complimentary water was very small - 1/2 liter?? per person.

the restaurant for a la cart breakfast was very nice, beautiful setting inside next to the pool with view of the garden setting. we were very satisfied with the airport transport from the hotel (not free, but cheaper than our transport to the hotel). 11th floor view was lovely. The COVID protocols were very satisfactory though they did not check our temperatures. I think requirements changed about the time we checked in. .
