Location is a bit far from attractions which will add to your expenses when eating or going out and about. The chlorine in the pool is excessive. Otherwise, it should have been fun because we had the entire pool by ourselves. Food not memorable and pricey for the taste

True to its name, it is surrounded by lush with butterflies and bees fluttering around together with some birds to wake u up in the morning. The room is comfortable and clean though with clear signs of age. Nice wood carvings in and around the property. Friendly staff

It is quite far from the town, but there are tricycle available by the gate with the cheapest price for a trip.

Everything else was very good, staff very friendly, they will help you with all your requests.

The bathroom of the room where we first stayed had a funny smell, we had to spray air freshener every time we entered, but on our second stay after a week the bathroom was fine, didn’t have that off smell. Toilets need improvement. No cupboard for clothes.

The room is big. The kitchen is the rooms, the swimming pool is great. It’s far from the noise of the city which we like. The place is relatively clean. The beds were big enough. A/c is cool. The staff are nice. Service is great!

No mall or fast food restaurant close to the resort but the transportation us easy. Front desk gas the contacts fir taxi anf tricyvle if needs to buy pasalubong or do city tour.

Close to the airport and has a pool where kids enjoyed swimming. Staffs are great and nice.

- pressure water in the bath are not strong - we ordered pork but they gave us fish.they changed tho. - im upset because i chose payment at the hotel.when i came they made my payment without informing me.they decided by their self.upsetting. lastly,there is a group who is drinking/smoking and laughing too loud in the restaurant until 3am.we did not sleep at all since our call time is 7am.they dont respect the guest who is sleeping.this is worst.

nice short stay, quite quirky place, with lots of funky weird animal sculptures dotted around the hotel, pool located centrally with houses/rooms built around it, nice stay fairly clean, beds comfy, rooms size on a larger end

Old pool not well maintained. Too much chlorine. Very odd(somewhat interesting) and dated architecture needs renovation. No nearby alternative restaurant.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very limited beach access. Puerto Princesa 10-15 min by tricycle.

The only criticism was a delay of about 45 minutes from ordering to getting lunch on the first day. This was as a result of a misunderstanding and a shift change. Following that everything was very prompt

The property was was affordable and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and roomy and the pool was clean and kept. The staff were fantastic especially Mich. She was Excellant at booking the excursions and transportation and ensuring needs were met.

The lady on the front desk was lovely. However the general service was poor, we could not find staff to serve drinks at the bar, and a smile and hello from staff would have been appreciated.

Wonderful large pool in a truely eccentric place. We had a large family room which was very comfortable. The gardens were amazing, it created a beautiful place to be.

It's a bit far from restaurants and attractions. The hotel had lots of facilities, restaurants and a shop that are all closed. Even the one restaurant that was open was closed one night due to lack of staff
