With the room facilities. The toilet sink is clogged and the water heater is not working in our room always hot even we put it on cold.

Breakfast is good. But the room i requested to be near to each other was met at first but unfortunately the aircondition is not working so one room was transfered far from the other room of my family. There is no sky cable we were not able to watch tv because there is no sky cable.

The only issue I had was that they don't extend checkout beyond 12 Lastly the service is a bit slow when you're in the cabanas (for lack.pf a better word) on the artificial beach.

The breakfast great, the lunch is awesome as well. We had the Seaview room and I stayed with my 7yo son and he wants to go back again.

The rooms bathroom toilet was broken and leaking and the ceiling light was broken.

Firstly the breakfast buffet was very nice with different varieties of food you can choose at your will and the outside had a great view. Secondly the room was very nice.It was nice and clean, good space, and great ocean view. Lastly the facilities were nice the pool and the beach also very enjoyable overall good experience.

smell of mould on our 4 th floor and room restaurant was short staffed and did not have everything on the menu. staff who was there were perfect.

We booked 15xrooms there for our upcoming wedding and be resort put some of the guest on the aisle of the building facing a Major construction work with heavy noise throughout the night. Nobody could sleep..... it is a disgrace be resort is offering those rooms ... Also staff is very noisy in the morning ... yelling in the comon area from 7am and waking up all guests....

Beach was okay, have to wear shoes when going swimming. there was also 2 weddings and construction next door while we stayed there, so it was a bit noisy

the room smelled with a fungus that was on the wall. the smell was really very strong. the pillows are with fungus as well. breakfast was not tasty.

The hotel was really nice, the staff was professional and extremely kind. They helped us out with anything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, a huge variety of local and continental meals. The pool and the garden was very clean and green, just like our room. We highly recommend it!

Very loud movie night that went from 6:00pm till 10:30pm outdoor speakers was very loud , couldn’t hear the tv over the movie , second night I did ask for the speakers to be turned down which they did !!!

Beautiful view on a coast from the reception, friendly staff, they prepared breakfast extra for us due to our early morning departure, nice outdoor premises.

Did not go to the Hotel restaurant after first night Service charge was included and the meal we had not really enjoyable. Also, they insisted a review form filled out. So we ate out (in Machtan Newtown) which is six minutes in a taxi However breakfast was always good with a few types of eggs (which always seem a safe bet when not used to challenging local cuisines or water) Getting there in a taxi past one way road works rather eventful -that slow have food and water vendors to cater for ‘stopped’ traffic (Philippines desperately needs an integrated transport system such as tramway but developing country with the most genial people have ever met)

Did island hopping and this was best hotel we stayed in. Basically because of location. The hotel has lovely palm trees framing a warm sea. The staff were excellent if you had any problems. There is a new location nearby called Machtan Newtown which has excellent ethnically diverse restaurants

Not enough options for food. Many menu items were not available, which made finding meals for our children especially difficult. it was quite frustrating since there were few other options for eating nearby.
