The heating venting system. It too a while to heat up but overall it was warm. I was hoping for a proper water view but got to see a lot of trees and branches. The exit by our room was convenient with stairs leading towards town but we could get back in so we had to go around.

The property was neat and beautiful. Right by town which is amazing.

The hotel is showing some signs of age and there was some work going on internally, so a bit of noise. I don’t like showers in bathtubs. They make it quite difficult to have a really good shower without shooting water everywhere.

Top location and staff. We got really well looked after and very well attended when my wife became ill. thanks to staff for going above and beyond!

Ranger Burger from Room Service was not cooked. Outside was obviously seared on a hot grill but under this was red uncooked meat.

If you pay for a Lake View ask to be floor 4 or higher, we were on floor two and bed was on the wrong side of the room so for the most part it was a mountain view above roof tops, very disappointing

The breakfast gave a very good range of food, all good quality. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It was very dated particularly the bathroom. When you are paying $ like that I don’t expect a shower head over a bath with a shower curtain. Bloody awful when it sticks to you mid shower. Some of the curtains had come off the track and some areas looked a bit rough.

The room and facility is a bit dated. The first room we stayed was stinky, and a locked door besides the mirror seemed a bit unsafe as you don't know if anyone can access your room from that door. After a night of stay in that stinky room, we were then swapped to level 1, this level was way better than level 5 of the building. If we were staying in this room from beginning I would rate this hotel 5/5.

I booked the room with Lake and Mountain views, I got a side room with a slither of a view, I paid good money for the room and told the staff when she helped us with luggage that I was really disappointed with what they allocated us. I got a response of that it has the view... Don't put the view as a generic in the booking description if it's not the view that the prices says it is then put the view that matches the price. Really deceitful. I felt cheated.

The first room we stayed did not help asthma symptoms. The second room cheaper, was better Pillows went flat

I feel maintenance needs to check rooms to ensure all light switches working, mine did not alll work. Also my bathroom was looking its age with cracked tiles and chips from the bath.

Breakfast from your la carte menu is reasonably priced and yum. ☺️

The bed was definitely not a king bed even though the room is “1 King bed”. If you are tall, be careful of hitting your head hopping into the shower. Walls with adjoining doors are super thin, can hear every word the next room is saying.

We would have loved it if the lobby were a tad more grand. For such a nice hotel, the lobby didn't feel like it matched the niceness of the rest of the hotel.

The mountain view was amazing and worth the extra spend to us. The location is extremely convenient, right in the middle of town with restaurants and tour meeting points very nearby. The beds were really comfy and the staff were really kind and lovely. We opted for breakfast included which made it really easy and convenient to get out the door for an early morning tour or hike.

The only shortage is the parking. I did valet parking, but it took them 1 hour to get my car ready when I checked out, I do want to get my parking refunded. They don’t know how to prioritize things once they get busy.

The extraction fan in the bathroom wasn’t working/not present and so became very fogged up quickly. Only 1 coffee pod each that made an extremely small cup of coffee
