There was no breakfast while on booking.com it was advertised that breakfast was available at an extra fee. We woke up on a monday and we found the restaurant being closed. This was not communicated when we checked in. No personnel around when we checked out, so I left the key-card at the counter.

Adquate hotel in the absolute center of town, next to the theatre. When we checked it we found our room being noisy due to the ventilation system of the restaurant, but we were moved when we compained about the noise. I should note that that ventilation system was switched off when we returned to our room in the late evening.

I didn't expect it to be the first floor. I think there are other rooms, but ours was outside on the first floor. There were no insect infestations in the fall, which I am very happy about. And it's super convenient that parking is a stone's throw away from the room.

Location in the city center, 3-5 minutes a lot of stores, the cathedral, convenient parking, the room is clean, heated air conditioning, we were given several keys, very polite and friendly staff. There is also a cafe nearby.

We get a room out of main building, which was perfectly fine, for one night stay. Room was clean, big and beds comfortable. Extra plus: location and free parking in the from of the room. There is walking distance to main shops, bars, etc...to the centre of the village. Friendly place.

The difficulty to find a parking place near the hotel

The humidity of the place is incredible. Everything in the room was kind of moist.

We asked for another room but it was sold out. The location is central, yes, but it was noisy during public holiday in the bar down stairs. Biggest problem was the dirtyness of the bathroom: not properly cleaned since ages. This gave no trust - seeing also the fast food restaurant downstairs and the terrace upstairs with a lot of quick fixes. The dirtyness is not acceptable. Seeing the other reviews: I clearly rate it down to protect other travellers.

After a friendly welcoming we checked our room and found the room towards the road, unfortunately, as described in other comments, without the chance to open the window even though the air was a bit sticky. Cooling should do it's work - but not nice.

Breakfast was served too late in the morning, I was not given any option and I had to buy food to eat alone in my room. Room was shabby and was not cleaned for 2 days, floor dirty and sticky, room stinky. The owner didn't speak a good English and she didn't understand (or didn't want to) some of my requests. No restaurant available, in the neighbourhood kitchen closed at 7.30 pm.

Nice location in the downtown of Cuijk, close to the river, quiet.
