We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Bonus of safe storage for our tandems. The lounge area is lovely with coffee on tap.

SwitzerlandReally nice place, lovely decor, quiet and comfy. The bed was a little soft for my liking but the room had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly. It's a little way out of the centre (15min walk) but I loved it that the hotel had bikes for hire, so I nipped about on a bike and felt like a local! Delft is gorgeous and I can't wait to go back.

CanadaRoom is very small
Very nice lounge area where you can have tea and coffee downstairs. The hotel is close to downtown Delft, so you can easily walk to the city center. It's in a residential neighborhood so it was quiet at night. Regarding the room itself, the bed was comfortable and the shampoo and body wash provided smelled nice.

RomaniaRelatively not far from the train station, but far enough, we destroyed the suitcases' wheels on the brick pavement until we got there. Three old houses were connected to make this small cosy hotel. Some staff were very nice, but one man was rude at arrival. The rooms were very small, there was no place for two suitcases. Delicious breakfast, not a big variety and very small amounts, many times we had to ask for a refill. It is a good place overall.

IsraelAlthough the hotel is located a little bit far from the city center, overall it left a good impression thanks to the friendly service and willingness of the staff to help in any matter. As for the location, the daily 20-minute walk from the hotel to the station or center through the beautiful city with canals did not seem burdensome at all.
